The author just organizes several of his opinion columns to give shape to the book and that makes me feel like it can get unreadable to someone disagreeing to the ideas continuously exposed.
The columns are well written, and the arguments are deeply discussed while being very consistent as each column is no more than 2.5 pages long.
It is a very informative book on the Colombia’s president vision on public issues.
