More judges across the country recognize the benefits of mediation to their dockets and the litigants by drastically reducing the time, stress and money involved in a traditional lawsuit. This alone has spiked the need for mediators, and there just aren't enough attorneys in the legal field to accommodate. Now non-attorney mediators are more popular than ever but there's just one problem... no one is teaching new mediators how to enter the profession with any margin of success.
