so...this was more like a ⭐️ 3.5⭐️
we made the croissants and pains au chocolat and the chelsea buns.
in the chelsea buns, we changed the currents to cinnamon and made our own cream cheese icing. they were absolutely delicious. took a hell of a lot of time tho.

but then we thought "screw these little kid recipes , let's make croissants!"
and we went through the 24 HOUR LONG PROCESS!!!!!
and they were....average
the top was nicely browned and the inside was fluffy, but the taste... was strange...almost sourdoughy?
the chocolate croissants were a lil better but the instructions were wildly difficult.

all in all, just make sure you read the whole recipe carefully before making and choose smt easy.. not smt like croissants, that should be made in an actual bakery!

UPDATE: i made the salted chocolate and peanut butter cookies and..👅👅👅👅 DELICIOUS highly recommend
CHANGED SCORE TO ⭐️4.5⭐️
