Well that’s the last story I can get my hands on in this series. I do hope Mr. Underwood eventually writes a new book but it’s been several years since the last installment so I’m not getting my hopes up too high.

Part of me can’t recommend this series enough. It’s exciting and different. But with only 2 books (and 2 novellas) in the series you get sucked in and then ghosted. So read at your own risk.

Thoroughly enjoyable tale of Ozzy while he was still Early's apprentice. You will get backstory on Early as well. Can't wait for the next story in the series. The author recommends reading "Cunning Devil" before this short story.

When I read it I realised I enjoyed it more having read the other books first and knew the characters
