I'm going to start this off by saying that this isn't a genre I would typically read. But I'm ultimately glad I decided to venture out of my comfort zone. Overall, I found it well-written, though I did have a little trouble telling whose POV was in use at some points. The illustrations, despite being few and far between, were an excellent touch, and I've actually found myself wanting more when I was finished. If the next installment is ever available for review, I'd be willing to lend my time to help with that.
