This is a Hate to Love Clean Cowboy Romance, and this is the fourth book in the Cowboys of Cedar Ridge series. I have not read any of the other books in this series, and I do feel that you can read this book as a standalone without any problems. This book is all about moving on and forgiveness. All of the characters in this book is trying to let go of something big that weights on their hearts, and I loved how this book shows each one of the characters letting go of their problems in different ways. The two little girls were the cuteness that this book needed. The romance was sweet and cute. I really loved the ending of this book so much. Great Read, and this book was a great mix of character driven and plot driven.
Carolyne Aarsen always has a way of instantly hooking me into her stories and making me feel right at home. She did no less with this LI story, and I'm so pleased I had the chance to read this one. She filled this book with amazing characters, a fun plot line, and an ending that leaves you wanting more of her work!
I loved the twins. They really tugged at the mama in me! Watching them work their magic with Noah and Shauntelle had me smiling more often then not. Seeing Shauntelle and Noah together, watching them work through their issues, their heartache, and learn to rely on each other, and the twins, really rounded out this story.
This is a 4 star read worth picking up. If you are looking for a swoon-worthy cowboy, a page turning story line, and inspirational messages from Above, then this book is one you want on your shelf. Once again, Carolyne Aarsen's awesometastic talent shines through!

Carolyn Aarsen pens another winner with her story of a widowed mom of adorable twin girls. Shauntelle Dexter knows loss. First she lost her husband then her brother. She's determined not to lose her dream. Her twin girls have a dream, too. They want a Daddy and they've got him all picked out. When their car dies in the middle of nowhere, Noah Cosgrove rescued them, going above and beyond to help Shauntelle deliver her baked goods. The twins immediately see a heroic Dad in Noah. They don't connect him to the "evil man" their grandparents blame for their uncle's death - but Shauntelle knows the truth. As her brother Josiah's boss, her family holds Noah responsible. He was exonerated but grief gets in the way of forgiveness.
When Noah's mother sees sparks she joins forces with the twins to throw Shauntelle in her son's path. Noah doesn't plan to stay - his memories the ranchers not good - but his mother's broken leg throws a wrench in his leaving plans. As he takes a job to build Shauntelle 's dream restaurant, can he show her that maybe he's a man she can count on, if she can look past her anger?
I appreciated the way this story looked at grief, and what can happen in a family when they get stuck in the anger phase. The twins, especially Millie, are a hoot. They get away with saying so many things that adults would never let past their lips. Ms. Aarsen is a must read for me. Her books always enthrall.

Shauntelle Dexter moved in with her parents in Cedar Ridge, Alberta after her husband Roger then her brother Josiah died. This is Shauntelle Dexter and Noah Cosgrove’s story. Shauntelle Dexter has seven-year-old twin daughters “Millie and Margaret. “Can we go say hello to Mrs. Cosgrove?” Millie tugged on Shauntelle’s arm as the church service wound to a close. “She and Noah are in the back of the church.” Noah Cosgrove comes back home for a wedding. had great conflict as the heroine held the hero at fault for her brother's death. The neat thing was that once the romance started, Shauntelle began having conflict with her parents, whom she lived with. Her parents seemed to be more upset with Noah about her brother's death than she was.
I adored the girls, they were as opposite as can be, and they played a large part in the way of throwing conflict in the way of their mother. Also, this town had a Saturday farmer's market, which felt so cozy and small-townish to me, it was a nice touch.
This was my first Carolyne Aarsen novel, and won't be my last! She made the characters come alive, the emotions moved the story forward, and the stakes were high (Shauntelle had to work with the man responsible for her brother's death AND her dream restaurant seemed at risk for opening).
Cowboy Daddy… Shauntelle Dexter’s twin girls Millie and Margaret think they’ve found their perfect new dad in (contractor/cowboy) Noah Cosgrove. But how could she ever be interested in the man her family believes responsible for her brother Josiah’s death? Besides, while she’s putting down roots in Cedar Ridge, the big-city contractor will soon be hitting the highway straight out of town—until he’s roped into building the arena and Shauntelle’s dream restaurant. Working beside her reopens old wounds Noah would rather forget. But he doesn’t know real trouble until his mother and the twins join forces. One wily matchmaker, two precocious little girls and one beautiful woman may be more than a reluctant cowboy can resist.
A different type of love story that was up and down in the emotional range. While I enjoyed the plot line , There were parts of the book, I could not get into. It seemed a little too light at times for such an overwhelming story line. On the other hand, I enjoyed the twins and the characters for the most part. I like the writing and could only say if I was reading this for a light read, I would rate it as a nice read. Therefore I am giving four stars. I was given this book in return for an honest review. A Cowboy For The Twins is a Cowboys Of Cedar Ridge series by Carolyne Aarsen. Noah Cosgrove comes back home for a wedding. He did own a construction company in Cedar Ridge. He sold it and left town when the brother of Shauntelle Dexter fell and died. The family blames Noah. But it wasn't his fault. Shauntelle has twin girls and they like Noah. The girls and Noah's mother try to get him and Shauntelle together. Her parents don't like Noah. A very interesting and romantic story. A good read.
This was a really, really good read.It offered something for everyone.Love, and thrills. As well as keeping me guessing at times.I'll be looking forward to reading more of her work.
This book was so good. Be prepared to laugh and cry. Shauntelle believes that Noah is responsible for her brother's death. Her twins don't remind repeating what they hear which causes some embarrassing moments for the adults. But with god all things are possible. I highly recommend this book. YOu will really enjoy it.
Thank you netgalley and Love inspired for allowing me to read this title for an honest review.
I found it really difficult to connect with the heroine. I find the Love Inspired line always has rude heroines and it is really off-putting. This was a DNF for me.
