A very good debut effort by this author, quite polished for a first book. I loved Kim right from the first chapter, not gonna lie Michael took a bit to grow on me but once he did, I liked him as well. This book has a lot of twists and turns to it, I honestly wasn't sure how it would turn out (or how I wanted it to turn out!) through most of it. Fair warning there are lots of kinky, very well done sex scenes. The plot was innovative and inventive. It loses a star for me because I found that the last few chapters were a little rushed and having seen how well the author wrote the rest, I thought she could have done a bit better.
Recommended for people who want something a little different that's hot and steamy. I received a copy of this book from the author and have chosen to review it.

I liked this book but it's just very different than any thing I have read, as far as erotic romances go.
I guess some readers will say there is cheating by Kim💋👙 in the book, but she is told over and over by Michael🐺🍌🌋💪✋ that he is her employer and it's just a job! Some crazy job!
I highly recommend the book if you are tired of reading the same old same old office romances.

I should start off by saying that I read an ARC (Advanced Reading Copy) of this book in exchange for an honest review. So here goes.... There probably aren't enough superlatives to describe this book. I read this in one sitting, after removing any interruptions in my life for a few hours. That was after the first few pages, where the story got me hooked and just kept pulling me in. I love to be a voyeur, so this also touched me in a different way and I totally understood Mike/Michael and what his kinks really were. Kim was broke and fought down any reservations she had with participating in this type of relationship. On top of being incredibly hot and steamy, this is also a love story that patiently brings the characters together. On top of all that, it made me laugh out loud, especially when she was initially meeting him in the hotel bar. Very few people carry newspapers any more, so to find that group all holding them was a coup on his part and a great practical joke. It also told him a lot about how smart this woman was. The only negative might be that in the book there are narratives that lean towards young adult rather than adult fiction. It is just a glimpse now and then and they don't affect the story as much as I would have thought. In fact, if it weren't for the fact that I read carefully and tend to re-read anything that isn't clear, I wouldn't have even noticed.
I would recommend this book to anyone who likes their love stories steamed up with sex and anticipation. And to think that a month ago, I'd never heard of Rylee Swann. Silly me for thinking that I'd read all the "good ones". Congrats to the author for keeping me reading where others haven't been able to. Great book, keep writing.

I didn’t start laughing at the beginning of this story, but it didn’t take long. Kim’s life is like a run-on sentence that just keeps going around all these quirky corners and makes me wonder all kinds of wonders…
But at the beginning I kinda cringed… Well more than kinda… sorta. I knew I was buying a “sexy” book, but this was off the wall. Really? Seriously? Exhibitionism for “doe”… via desperation and Craig’s List. Oookay…
Well, I’m a big girl now, right? And Kim is seriously funny. Is that an oxymoron?? Never mind. I gotta see what’s gonna happen here. I’m hooked and it’s only the second chapter.
Okay. Well, I’m making light of this, but this book was seriously rough for me at first. Because I did cringe. It deals with subject matter that is not for the faint of heart… I worried about the heroine’s self respect. In the end, was it worth it all? For money? (I’d rather wash dishes. I know. I’d have to wash a lot of dishes).
But of course it wasn’t just the money. There are layers to the story. I found it interesting. And I started caring about the characters… Michael’s cynicism toward love, and yet falling nonetheless… Kim’s problems with self/body image-- she’s a little chubby, but still attractive, and she can’t see it…
And what, exactly, is going on with Scott?? How many people are gonna get hurt, here? But then, Michael has already been hurt beyond belief.
And Kim. Is there something more for her? Is is possible to find true happiness in this crazed and round-about way?
Nice surprise at the end. There really is a HEA, however twisted the journey. I loved the epilogue.

Kim is so desperate for money, she is at the point of almost being evicted. So she has no choice but to answer to a Craigslist ad looking for exhibitionist in exchange for money. She has never done anything like this. So when goes and meets Michael for the interview, she ends up liking this more than she expected. Michael and Kim have this off-the-charts chemistry. But he doesn't believe in love. Kim wants everything, the whole nine yards. They work well in bed, but is that enough? Will he ever want more? Will she wait for him? Or would they only keep it professionally? When Kim starts dating Scott, how will this affect her? Scott is the total opposite of Michael. Will she let him know what she does? Will she be able to move on from Michael? What will Michael do when he finds out?
So I absolutely LOVE this book!!! I knew when I read the summary, I HAD TO GET THIS BOOK!!! This is such an interesting plot, so original. I wanted to see how it would play out. This book is HOT. Like Kindle melting hot!
Right from the outset, the standard is set, and what a standard it is!
Kim and Michael strike up a 'working relationship', although not an altogether conventional one! But it pays the bills and that is all Kim needs right now.
I enjoyed the storyline, it was different. I also enjoyed how Kim basically just threw herself into the role. She found things difficult, but she pulled up her big girl panties and went for it. I loved how Michael treated her.
It was obvious from the outset that Michael had baggage, and that aspect lingered in the background, just begging to be unravelled.
What I loved about Kim was her view of herself. It's not very often that the female lead is this honest about how she feels about herself, but as the story progressed, her confidence grew.
There were a lot of steamy scenes, but I would sometimes find myself skimming over them. But, that was just me. Sometimes I feel less is more.
However all in all, if like me, you like to take a chance on a new author, then I suggest you pick up this little gem and give it a try for yourself.

Kim is divorced, just recently split up with her alcoholic fiance and broke with no real job prospects. Oh and she just received an eviction notice.
Desperation leads her to accept an offer on Craigs List. It asks if she's willing to have sex with a fit, older guy while someone watches for money. What? But considering her circumstances, well she thinks what does she have to lose. Plus sex...it's been awhile for her so that's an even bigger incentive.
So she meets Michael. He interviews her for the job of having sex with him, while a paying customer watches them. Michael is extremely good looking, alpha who enjoys exhibitionism/voyeurism with no feelings. He warns her that if she takes the job, no falling in love, no feelings.
After her interview concludes, she's hired. We are taken on a fantasy ride of debauchery that will leave you hot and bothered. Their relationship has sweet moments and keeps you rooting for them.
This is a get down and dirty story. The sex is incredibly HOT. I really enjoyed the premise because it was something I had not come across before. A steamy, hot read that you will enjoy from beginning to end.

This is the first book I have read by this author and I have to say it was not at all what I expected. Kim is broke and about to be evicted when she sees an ad on Craigs List asking for someone to have sex with a stranger while being watched. Not sure if she can really go through with it, Kim agrees to meet with Michael for an "interview." What follows is some seriously steamy encounters between Kim and Michael but what happens when Kim starts having feelings for her boss? Her boss that has been adament that there can be no feelings, just sex. Full of heat and with plenty of twists this was an unexpected romance that will keep you reading.

I received this book in exchange for an honest review.
I really wanted to like this book but it really just fell flat for me. The characters were likable enough but not very flushed out. Kim seemed to show no growth throughout the book and the rest of the characters were the same. There was no character growth and I almost DFN'd the book multiple times.
This book falls in line with the "rape is the only thing that can be traumatic for a woman" trope and it doesn't handle it very well either. The ending was rushed and honestly, I just wasn't impressed with the writing. It felt like I was reading a diary entry on someone's fantasy.
Personally, I wouldn't recommend this book. It had a good premise but I was not impressed.

I really enjoyed this book that involves a man who gets his kink filled thru a Craigslist ad. Voyeurism plays center stage (*groan...sorry about the pun) in this hot, sexy, explicit book. I thought it was fantastic. Did I mention that the sex is hot? You are left wondering throughout the book what happened to our lead male to make him so hesitant to fall in love. It's almost anti-climatic when you finally find out what happened.
In the meantime, enjoy the ride. It's kink to the nth degree. There's a HEA with no cliffhanger and no cheating. You gotta love it.

This is fantastic first book from debut author Rylee Swann. Follows the story of Kim, down on her luck and struggling to pay her bills and put food on her table and keep a roof over her head. When she searches online for jobs she sees one on Craigslist that catches her eye. Could you have sex while someone watches, for money? That's the question Kim faces when she decides to answer the ad that piqued her curiosity. Michael has been burned in love before and has decided that no-strings sex is all that he wants or needs from relationships now. So good! I wasn't sure what to expect, and boy was I delightful surprised. This book manages to be original and sexy and fun and all things awesome. Kim is fabulous, super relatable, and Michael is wonderful. I even liked a well-timed, if light, comeuppance for a certain jerk. I loved it! The chemistry is spot on, the story well written, pace is perfect, and the entire book just flies by. I highly recommend picking up this book. I'll certainly be looking for more from this author. This is a voluntary review of an advance reader copy, although I just bought a copy because talent like this needs to be supported.

I loved this book. This is my first book of Rylee Swann and it won't be my last. The story of Kim and Michael is different than you normal love story. Kim is out of work and getting pretty desperate for money when she answers an ad on Craigslist and the fun begins from there. Kim is paid to have sex, whatever the customer wants to see, not with the customer but her boss as the customer watches, and it's some pretty hot, amazing sex. Kim and Michael soon develop feelings for each other and it goes from there. I'm trying to not give out to much info, don't want to spoil it for you. I loved it and highly recommend it to everyone, a must read.

I really enjoyed the chemistry between Kim and her boss, Michael. Michael was giving Kim mixed signals. Telling her he was only her boss and then acting like he wants more. Once we find out more about his past, it all starts to make sense. Scott seems like Prince Charming with his tenderness. But after what happened to Kim outside the hotel, his actions were disgusting! There was some serious subject matter in this story. I absolutely loved the epilogue!

I voluntarily reviewed an Advanced Readers Copy of Rylee Swann's debut Lover Wanted. And I'm amazed.
The plot is original, well written and engrossing. I couldn't put it down, because the twists made me keep guessing what happens next all the way through.
The characters are well developed and the chemistry and interaction is sizzling hot and intriguing. I loved how you get to know the characters by alternating between their POV.
I can hardly wait for the next book by Rylee Swann.

This was a great read, very unique! The story is extremely well written and will keep your attention right til the end. I totally loved the characters and seeing the growth that Kim goes through is amazing! This book is not what I am used to in this genre and I loved the twists and turns of that! Definitely not the same old, same old. I look forward to reading more by the very talented Rylee Swann.

All I can say is move over Christian Gray... Hawt, hawt, hawt... Gonna need shower to cool ya down after all that kink!!! (Lol) Couldn't put it down, after getting the preview.. looked forward to reading the rest... It definitely lived up to and beyond my expectations....

This book is hard to describ, because it seems a strange start at first. Kim is 35 and she's completely broke, so she find an add for a sexual job : she has to have sex with a man and customers will watch them. Who would accept a job with a stranger and such conditions ? So it was disturbing. Then I couldn’t put the book down. It’s addictive and completely erotic most of the time. An interesting part is the way Kim evolves, how she discovers herself even if she’s 35. Mickael is more complicate.
So, at the end, I loved this book :)

What an excellent debut book. I don't think I have ever been this wet while reading an author's first book. I couldn't put it down, it was amazing.

Wow what a different twist. I love Michael and Kim. Michael's story broke heart. I love how Kim was able to piece his heart back together.

What a GREAT read! Was not sure at first but once I was half way through chapter one, things got VERY interesting. I guess all I can say is Love finds you even if you're not looking for it amd you just gota grab on woth both hands and go along for the ride. As I have seen and been told Love conquers all!

Brava, Rylee Swann! This is a sterling effort as your first published book. This is the beginning of a long promising career as a writer. The beginning of your conversation with the reader in your presentment of characters, their flaws sufferings and triumphs...and the themes around which your stories are created. You are off to an excellent start with this story which offers the reader so much more than the "ad copy" portends.
Our heroine, Kim, is it out of money, filled with self-doubt...which is the absolute worst time to try to find a new job...She is mourning the demise of her marriage and lonely enough to find an impersonal hookup on Craig's List.
The reader discovers she has what I would describe as "kink curiosity".
Answering this add she meets Michael who is a beautiful Alpha male who likes to indulge in exhibitionism with a partner for select clients. Ms.Swann does an excellent job at keeping Michael an enigma who is so gun shy about having any relationship...and yet he is inexplicably drawn in just that direction by the changing Kim. She is developing more self confidence and doing all the right things to foster this new confidence.
An interesting twist in the story is that she meets an "Adonis" type man who is a police man absolutely smitten with her. He treats her like the precious princess she is.
The story is resolved in a half heartbreakingly and half...I will leave you to the read so will enjoy the discovery on your own.
