Every girl has a breaking point…
Mine came the moment I found my boyfriend in bed with another woman. Turns out she wasn’t the first, either. Nope. Seems my guy had been screwing every available girl on campus and I’d been oblivious to all of it.

Everything about you makes my head spin.
A good ex’s older brother romance. It felt less taboo, and more like V finally got to fall in love with who she was meant to be with. It’s a fun read. Girl realizes she’s been wasting her time on a one sided relationship, then decides to live it up for once in her life.
If you’re looking for a quick new adult read, that’s smutty, fun, and a bit angsty... then 21 is a good one to read!

Wow!! I absolutely loved this book. Tori and Dylan's story is everything I want in a rock star book. The characters were believable and genuinely likeable. The dialogue was witty and the chemistry was hot enough to require new panties. Dylan was the perfect kind of alpha BBF that I love and I loved Tori's journey of self discovery. I enjoy books that provide a positive portrayal of women exploring their sexual needs without shame. There is nothing I would change about this book - except to make it longer because I didn't want it to end. Definitely recommend.

21 is basically a combination of a whole bunch of my romance weaknesses.
Sexy bad boy rocker? Check.
Road trip? Check.
Naughty bucket list? Check.
Enough heart to keep mine on the line? Check.
Rock star stories are hit or miss for me, but this one was a little “rock star lite” which means it was definitely a hit for me. It wasn’t terribly angsty and there wasn’t a lot of questionable behavior I had to get over. In fact, the relationship between Dylan And Victoria was pretty much steady as they go – but in a way that kept me hanging on to every word, waiting for them to wake up to their feelings for each other.
There’s a lot packed into this relatively short book and things move pretty quickly. Overall, I felt like the transitions were handled very smoothly, though sometimes they presented like an anvil. It was slightly uneven for me in that regard, but overall the story was completely addictive and full of tiny twists and turns. And I loved Dylan and Victoria together. I loved his alpha growliness, and her spunky personality. They were fiercely hot together, but there was also an underlying sweetness to their relationship that I couldn’t get enough of.
I also loved the dynamic of the band, and the secondary characters (okay, Hawk – who could possibly resist all that southern charm?). I’m intrigued and a little smitten with them all. 21 is a solid start of a new series and I can’t wait to get more where this came from! ~ Shelly, 4 Stars

A good story. My only exception is after a wonderful summer in Panama City and with no contact with outside world, the incident and character involved comes out of the blue. The outcome seems harsh and just disjointed from the vibe from the summer and then aftermath just floats (sadly) to it's HEA. So the one star off on the review.

I LOVE Dylan and Victoria, and watching each of grow, and overcome their pasts, and create their future. This book is definitely one of those ‘bad boy goes good’ book. Dylan, aka Sin has a past he is not proud of and feels he is not good enough for Victoria. I loved seeing the bond that formed between Sin and his dad. And Sin’s stepmother… piece of work, in my opinion.
Victoria, aka V, had dated her ex-boyfriend since high school, only to walk in and find him banging her college roommate, and then find out, she is just the latest he has cheated with. Did I mention, he is Dylan’s half-brother??? Awwwwkwarrrrrd!!
Chocolate Chip Cookie….. I will never see another homemade chocolate chip cookie without thinking of V and Sin. My heart melted when I read this part of the book. Then, the tattoo… oops, sorry no spoilers. You need to read this phenomenal book to find out about the tattoo and what it means.
I loved all the characters in 21. Each, and every one was well developed and NEED to have a book of their own, hint, Hint, HINT, Ms. James, I just don’t know whose book I would want to see first. Hawk, Sophie, JT, I could keep naming characters, hmmm?
I was gifted with an early copy of 21 for my honest opinion. If you love a great romance with a ‘bad boy’ involved, you will love this book.

This book pulled me in from the first page, another amazing book by Rhonda James. I devoured the pages in hours. I enjoyed that it wasn't the typical rock star romance. I loved Victoria and Dylan "Sin' as individuals and they were off the charts with their chemistry. The guys in the band were amazing as well, they developed a fast friendship with Victoria and it was definitely something she needed.

This is the first book I've read from this author and I'm sold! I have to get more of her books. Victoria was in a rocky relationship with Michael but she always had an "eye" for his older half brother Dylan aka "Sin". After she catches Michael in a very compromising position she calls it quits for good this time and heads back home to her family's house. Dylan is a reformed bad boy having spent time in prison and losing his mother he picked himself up and is making his way towards his dream in the music world. He always use to "taunt" Tori when she was dating his brother. After seeing her one night outside by her pool he decides to go over... Eventually because of a car problem, Tori decides to let Dylan and his friends hitch a ride with her so they can get to their "gig" on time. This is the ride that would forever change Tori's life....!! I really enjoy this well written story. I loved Dylan and Victoria together.

OMG why have I not read Rhonda James before, I blame my book buddies for not recommending her and keeping her all to themselves........
Well as you might have guessed this is my first Rhonda James Book and I loved it, it has everything you want in a rock star story, the characters have depth, are genuine and loveable. I loved that the heroine Tori wasn’t afraid to explore her sexual needs in fact she has a naughty bucket list..... and what can I say about Dylan the perfect, hot, alpha male. I loved watching these two grow and overcome their pasts, yes this is a love story but it’s also a journey and for me that made this a must read book. I really hope this author gives us more from the other band members as I’m sure they all have a tale to tell. Great read

WOW, this book was amazing. it's a fast pace read with amazing characters. Tori is tired of being boring, she wants to prove to everyone and herself that she can have fun and being on the road with a rock band is the perfect way to start. 21 , she'll be 21 soon so why not make a list, a 21 bucket list of things to experience, some fun, some dirty. Dylan knows he should stay away from Dylan but he can't , he doesn't want to, he wants to take her list and make each item a reality. Tori is in awe of Dylan but can she really trust herself and her heart with the one who already owns it. loved this book and all the characters, we can't forget about Hawk.

Every girl has a breaking point…
This was my first book by this author and let me just say: WOW! I read this book in one sitting because putting it down was not an option. I connected to the H (Dylan aka Sin) and the h (Victoria aka V) from the beginning and could not wait to see how this played out. The author did not disappoint.
V is a great girl who was raised with money, but always did what would please others. Her parents greatly influenced her decisions especially when it came to who she dated. He best friend Sophie tried to help V come out of her shell and make her own decisions. V kept on this path for another four years before walking in on her boyfriend with her roommate. V realizes how boring her life is and decides to make a list of 21 things to to before her 22nd birthday which is only weeks away. Of course all 21 things are on the dirty and adventurous side.
Sin is a bad boy who made many bad choices in his life and was greatly affected by his mothers death. After several stints in jail he finally got his life together and put all his effort behind the band Chaos Rising he created with his best friend Hawk. Chaos Rising also consisted of Styx and JT. The band members were secondary characters in the book, but the way the treated V made them play an important part in my opinion. Sin always had a thing for V, but because of the lifestyle he use to live and the fact his brother was V's ex he tried to stay away from her.
The band needs a ride to Panama and V needs to let loose. This leads them on an adventure full of find themselves, learning the meaning of love, stepping out of their comfort zones, and a lot of hot sex. Did i mention the sex was hot. I want some Sin in my life now! This book also contained a tragedy and some revelations that helped with the plot. There were a few questions that I felt were left unanswered, but the book was so fulfilling that it didn't actually feel like anything was missing.
Hopefully each band member will get their own book and we will see how Chaos Rising progresses.

Dylan (Sin) has always admired Victoria from afar being that she dated his brother until one night he catches her swimming in his families pool. Put together by circumstance, Victoria & Dylan can't resist their chemistry but can a vacation romance turn into true love?
Rhonda knows how to write heat and 21 is not lacking in that department. I loved Dylan's character and his backstory, though I did feel it was a little rushed and wanted to see that developed more. Victoria's situation was completely relate-able. I think the majority of people have loved someone who didn't feel the same. I love a good rock star book, then you add in some adventure and a sinfully sexy man... and you've got me hooked!! Dylan "Sin" Cross is everything you should loathe in a man... but darn it if he's not sexy as you know what!!! The minute he shows up on the pages you know he's the one you're going to fall for. I absolutely fell in love with V as well. I liked her throw caution to the wind and no one is going to stop her attitude!
And once these two fall for each other.... ovaries explode!! This book is full of heart, sex and so much angst! And this is coming from a girl who doesn't care for a lot of angst! I couldn't put this book down. And don't get me started on the secondary characters! The boys of Chaos Rising are all phenomenally written and I dare you no to fall in love with at least one of them!

This book was SINful, hot men, hot sex and hot music!!!! 21 is the first book in The List Series by Rhonda James and it will be tough to get any better than this ( but I all the faith in the world in Rhonda)

Enter the boys of Chaos Rising, they need a ride to their summer gig and she need to get away and has a car...off they go. Victoria at the same time comes up with a list of 21 things she wants to do before her 22nd Birthday. Deciding to stay with the band, things start to heat up and things start to get checked off. I give this one 5 scorching chocolate chip cookies!
Holy hotness! The feels are all over the place with this one and I read through it in one sitting! V, so determined to brake out of her shell and her comfort zone but no direction. Enter super sweet, super hot bad boy rocker Sin or as she knows him - her exes step-brother who was always into some kind of trouble thinks he's just the one to help her once he knows about her "List". I absolutely loooove her bff Sophie-everyone needs that one friend that's not afraid to push you and the rest of the band are just sweet goofy guys. These guys all fit so well together I can't wait to see how the rest of the band's stories unfold. Everyone needs a little Sin so go grab 21 you won't be disappointed!

This story had so much potential and Rhonda James delivered. It exceeded my expectations to be honest.
The characters were well developed and I really liked how Rhonda portrayed Dylan (Sin). Victoria (Tori) was likeable too and certainly knew how to stand up for herself!
I found it hard to put this book down as I wanted to keep reading and was disappointed when I was coming to the end.
I would definitely recommend this story. It is my first book to read by this author but I can say with certainty it won't be my last!

Oh my flipping days!!! Rhonda James is back and she is back with a bang baby!! I love this author so much! Her ability to write a book that has you invested from the very first page, enabling readers to connect straight away with the characters has this author in my favourite five!
And that's exactly what she has done with 21, I swear my heart broke for Victoria when she found out about Michael and I shouted at my kindle more than a few times!
Victoria is determined to seize life and live it......but isn't sure how....until a opportunity presents itself. Enter Chaos Rising.....a hot rock band, whose lead she is already acquainted with. Stand back as temperatures rise and anticipation builds.....and lists are made! Got to love Tequila!!

This story revolves around Sin and V and the greatness that is their lives.
Victoria leads a fairly mundane life until she takes a leap into the unknown by driving a brand where they need to go and deciding to stay for a while, you follow the ups and downs of live for the band and V.
You will laugh a lot and feel so much for these people that you don't want their story to end.
I loved this story so much, another great job by Rhonda.

I am finding it VERY difficult to review this book,I honestly don't know were to begin.Because there are no words to express how much I LOVE this book,and how much I LOVE Rhonda's stories,her words,and characters.She gives them so much life they feel so real.To me Rockstars are like Milk to my cookies,Coffee to my Cream,Chocolate sauce to my icecream sundae.You get the idea.This book and I have a feeling this whole series is all of those things. It is All the delicious,scrumptious delights and pleasures to devour.
It is AMAZING. !!..Beyond Amazing it is out of this world.
Sin aka Dylan Cross is the ultimate Rockstar,a glorious Badboy that you cannot stop yourself falling in LOVE with. Honestly I think Rhonda must have delved deep into the recesses of my mind,and chosen all the traits I Love in a Rockstar and created the perfect man ,band and story.You fall in Love with each Member they are all individually UNIQUE,and I want them to be my friends.Victoria is a lucky girl lol.I love the fact that they are not even famous yet and are still playing bars etc.Rhonda has ruined me for any other rockstar romances to LOVE.
This book for me is EVERYTHING and more.I Cannot wait to learn more about these characters this band and each of their stories. I Will buy every single book in this series.

GREAT BOOK!! You seriously won't be able to put it down once you start. There is so much that happens that you just keep turning the page. Lots of music, laughs, sex, arguments, and some tears. You fall in live with Sin right way. I highly recommend this book.

WOW!!!!! this is the first book I have read from this author and was extremely fortunate to rec an ARC. Loved this book that I read it within a day and had a hard time putting it down. It was funny how when reading this that it kinda mirrored a time in my life when I was in love with someone but he was not really in love with me. Boy when I found out I didn't let it keep me from living from that point on, yeah a lot of tears later I saw that it was not the end of the world. I love it also when I can relate to the characters in the book on some level.
I can't wait to read more of Rhonda's words and she will definitely be an author I would highly recommend to my reading buddies. I did not want this to end and hope there is more stories for some of the characters in this book.

21 was a great 5+ star read.
Rhonda James has once again pulled me right in with her writing. I was super excited to read this rocker book.
We meet Victoria (V) who has finally had enough when she catches her boyfriend of four years cheating on her. She decides to go home since her parents are on vacation she will have the house to herself.
Dylan also known as Sin goes to his dad's house to get something he left behind, when he sees Victoria in the pool he can’t help but go out and talk to her. There is something about her that pulls him in. Lets just say these two have a love, hate relationship.
I knew we were being childish, but something about him rubbed me the wrong way. Or the right way, my inner voice argued, making my stomach flip.
Just when you think these two won’t see each other again, fate steps in and Victoria ends up driving Dylan and his band mates to Florida for a month long gig they have booked. She decides to come out of her box and stay around for awhile.
I absolutely loved these two and the chemistry between them. I also loved how the rest of the band grew protective of V and pretty much told Dylan to wake up before it was too late. I have to say I loved Hawk because he really knew how to push Dylan’s buttons. I had some LOL moments with these guys. There are some big secrets revealed and a twist that gave me a near heart attack. The sex scenes are off the charts hot. I have to say this is my most favorite from Rhonda so far, she has really turned up the heat and I loved it. I can’t wait to read more from this series. 1-click and get started today.

First I want to start off with this cover, how hot is this cover. I'm one of those people, I'm sorry to say I definitely judge a book by its cover. A cover will make me one click without even reading the blurb. 21 was everything I have come to love with a Rhonda James book. Her books are sweet and sexy. The H are usually alpha and the h are strong and sassy. Im telling you the girl can write some steamy scenes. 21 is a sorta second chance love story. Told in a dual POV. Sin is the black sheep of his family and for good reasons. He's been in trouble more times than not. Tori on the other hand is the complete opposite. She's Sin's brothers ex-girlfriend. These two love to fight and the angst was torture but in the end it was all worth it. This story was well written and the plot flowed perfect. I didn't want it to end. I love a bad boy and Sin was that and more. I highly recommend this book. I was given an ARC for my honest opinion.

At the advice of her friend, she makes a list of 21 wild things to accomplish before her 21st birthday. And who better to help her finish the list but her ex-boyfriends half-brother. Sin is hot and known as a bad boy. He’s the perfect choice, but will they be the able to walk away once the list is complete?
The sparks fly and the chemistry between Victoria and Sin is amazing! Love the list and how each item is checked off. I wish there had been a little more detail, because I did feel there were some things that felt rushed. Overall, it’s a good story.

Rhonda James wrote a wonderfully delicious sexy story and I couldn't stop turning the pages! I love sexy, dirty bad boys and Sin (Dylan) fits that to a T! V (Victoria) was a little harder to warm up to, but when she connected with Sin, the sparks flew and the chemistry nearly ignited my Kindle! The story was unique, well written and the twisty turn of events at the end blew my mind! Definitely an automatic 1-click in my book so get your finger activated and prepare yourself for a whirlwind rollercoaster and don't forget to bring a fan, you will need it 🔥

For me, this book started out well but it all sort of fizzled out in the end in terms of sense and sensibility.

Let me tell you what I love about this book. I have always enjoyed RockStar themed stories but was aware that they usually involved A LOT of fantasy because that just doesn't happen in real life (haha). This book was not that. It is not about being a FAMOUS rockstar or being in a FAMOUS band. Oh I do LOVE the guys in this band though (sigh). This story is about finding your passion and embracing your talent and finding the life you were meant to lead. The topics and characters in this story seemed more based on reality and presented in a way that is something you could see really happening. Intertwined within those elements you get a beautiful love story between Sin and V. V is on a journey of self-discovery, learning to love herself and expect others to treat her well. Sin also has lessons to learn that include discovering he is not to blame for the failings of the world (more specifically his own family). Uuummm this book also had some REALLY sexy parts which were often a result of V's list. Holy Hotness what a list!!! To really understand what I am talking about I HIGHLY recommend you read this book. Now I won't give anything away because you need to read this book and find out all the good stuff..... and why I want to bake this book boyfriend some COOKIES!
