Trish and Henry mistakenly turn onto a dead-end street. The wrong street, at the wrong time of twilight, and find themselves in the grip of the Nightcomer. But in this cul-de-sac of horrors these two people, so busily caught up in their lives, will find that there can be only one kind of ending on a dead-end street.
I surely never want to get lost in this neighborhood, omg! so husband and wife go looking for an address and some how end up in a very wrong neighborhood, this was pretty good I have to say.
Not bad, not bad at all but... For some reasons I didn't care for the main characters Trish and Henry and I can't explain why that is. Nonetheless, the story is well written and the story quite morbid, to use the series title. I'm glad it wasn't the first story I read from this author because I don't know if I would have picked up another one, but having read the previous ones I'll keep reading what this author has to offer!
This one started off slow, hub and wife lost and annoyed with each other, to what the hell just happend?? I never, ever want to get lost in this neighborhood EVER!!

If you like weird and morbid, here is your daily treat. A quick read, you will get a quick helping of both. These are pretty strange and somewhat gross but it is all in fun for the reader's pleasure. I love these books, as this is the third that I have read though there is no ordered reading required. If you like horror and morbid, this is it at its finest.

Climbing the corporate ladder can be the death of you. A young couple gets lost on their way to a party at a co-workers house. Everything that can go wrong, does. The streets are deserted, the lights in the houses low, peering eyes watching them carefully as they eagerly await for something, or someone? Was it an accident that they ended up here or intentional?
The Nightcomer is a bit more graphic then the others, but nothing too bad. This one actually surprised me a bit. I would like to read more about this Nightcomer…
This was a little 20 minute read. It wasn't bad but I think I was expecting more gore. I think I'm just used to splatterpunk. I will definitely continue reading the Morbid Stories.
The couple is completely dysfunctional & the community dwellers are refreshingly different. There are some places where you can see the outcome, but the ending is quite disturbing. Quite good for a short story. I liked it.

This was another great short horror. Very morbid and I loved it. For me it was like watching the Twilight Zone episodes but with horror so right up my alley this. Getting lost in the wrong neighborhood is always going to be good. Love these stories so much! Can't wait to read the next one now. Recommend reading.

Ever needed to be somewhere kind of important and you end up getting lost? That’s how the story turns out couple going to a dinner for the man’s work and they get turned around I think they’re in the right place but oh my god are they wrong! The story is very fast-paced and is the third one in a group of stories or shall I say morbid tales. It’s very fast-paced and I really really like this one because the ending and what you find out about this wrong turn will kind of worry you from ever getting lost when heading somewhere again. Highly recommend this story and cannot wait to read the next one!!
I really enjoyed reading. Very well written. Kept me hooked from beginning to end and I didn’t want to put it down. Really great read and I highly recommend reading.
