This book has been in development since the year 2000. It represents thousands of hours of loving revision and I am happy to finally share the result with the public. I think its honest view of life offers something for everybody.

My father laughed at the description of young men "marking their territory". He described it as 'cleverly constructed' with surprising social satire.
