A very motivational book which explains in details how fasting works for a better body but first and foremost for a fit mind. I'm in my 17th day of fasting (it's my first fast but I have a type 1 body according to the author, so I don't have a lot of merit ;)) and I'm very grateful for the experience and the clarity of mind and body it's giving me. Every phase happened like described in the book so I was warned about the pitfalls. Thank you so much Kyle Faber!
I will stop at day 21 and start a week of slowly reintroducing food. So far I lost 3 sizes (44 to 40 - French size), my skin is even, plump and hydrated, my hair look fuller, during these almost 3 weeks I exercised 20 mn a day, worked with a focused I never experienced before (except for the first 4 days, where I was a bit down and food-obsessed). I intend to do a 21 days fast once a year from now on.
A book everyone interested in undertaking a fast should read.
And for those of you who are non native speakers, like myself, the English is pretty basic.

Stick to fasting books from the likes of Joel Fuhrman MD. This books is full of claptrap and dangerous advice.

Some decent information, but don't attempt anything longer than a 7-day fast without physician supervision, which should have been stressed strongly in the book.
