Eric hates the gym. Really, the only reason he's there is because his roommate is kinda cute and has pestered him into going, promising it'll be fun.

Fun? Exercising? No way.

That is, until a walking wet dream of a man offers to show Eric around. Suddenly Eric can't keep his eyes to himself, and he's not the only one. Connor is tall, fit, and gorgeous—and interested. The two of them can't help but spend hours together, and Eric starts to wonder if maybe the gym isn't so bad after all...

Working Out is a standalone 13,000-word romance novella with an unexpected meet cute, no cheating, and two men who know exactly what they want—if they're brave enough to go for it...

This is a cute and fun romance with tons of flirting between Eric and Connor.

There is a bump in their romance which I wish Ellis would have slowed down for and taken more time to let them date afterwards on page but overall a quick pleasurable novella.

Very sweet short story. Both Eric and Connor were very likable and I would have like to get to know more about them. But, within the limits of a short story, the author did a rather good job with building the story.

This was a short book, but it had a wonderful message. Connor meets Eric at the gym, a place where Eric doesn't feel comfortable, but that doesn't stop their attraction to one another. They go on a date and it's going splendidly, but an off-handed comment by Eric has Conner flashing back to an emotionally abusive relationship from his past.

Connor learns that not everyone is like his ex and he takes a chance on Eric. I loved the story and the ending!!!
