Quick & Easy Toe Up Sock: Crochet Pattern
I love warm snugly homemade socks, what I'm less keen on is taking days with 4 double pointed needles to make them. What I love about crochet is that it grows quickly, and I can whizz one of these socks up in under 2 hours.
I love those colour changing yarns that add a pattern as you crochet. The King Cole Splash DK is a lovely pattern that looks like borders of soft colour around freezes of rose.
The socks are perfect for wearing around the house, or to use as bed socks; they also make perfect boot socks and are lovely and soft and warm.
The sock fits a ladies UK size 6 to 8 sized foot (26cm from heel to toe) but the pattern does say where to add extra rounds to make a longer foot and leg for bigger feet.
Beautiful, warm and snugly in under two hours per sock; That's how I like my sock patterns.
I can crochet one sock in 1 hour and 55 minutes, how quick can you crochet one? Willing to take up the challenge?
