Doctor Aphra has a troubled past full of parental drama and war. But what about her Wookiee shadow, Black Krrsantan? Find out just how this Wookiee warrior is as frightening as they say…and then some!
I love that we finally got some background on Black Krrsantan. Just wish the years were more specific. And apparently there is an undervine network. I almost didn't recognize Aphra because of how her hair was drawn, but this art style is refreshing after seeing Salvador Larocca's work and the mess that was The Screaming Citadel.
I thought it was a bit all over the place. And not that interesting. It is nice to see a bit of where our second most favourite Wookiee came from, but I just thought the story treatment could have been more exciting.
I happen to love Aphra. She's a female Star Wars version of Indiana Jones. We get to learn Star Wars history through her. In this one, however we get a self contained adventure with another chracter I love, Black Krrsantan. I want to see more of him and less of Beetee and Triple Zero.
Was it supposed to be funny? I don’t think so. The heroine is ridiculous and whole concept of the story and her characterization is cringe. Plot armor thick like always with this type of heroes. One star for attempting of action and immoral behavior of droids.
