Now this is novel that I would love to see adapted as a drama. Preferably with Yang Yang Zheng Shuang in the main leads. Yes, I did imagine the two of them in the roles while reading the story. In some interviews that the author wanted Wallace Chung in the lead along side with Zhao Li Ying but I think their time to act as college sweethearts are long gone now. Even Yang Yang and Zheng Shuang are nearing the ages where they might look a tad bit too old to play such characters but I personally think they have another safe 5 years or more to play characters of that ages limit.

Also in some translated interviews I found out that the author was heavily influenced by Gu Man and it clearly can be seen in her writing. From the setting to how the characters act, there are many similarities to the characters of her stories. Even the main leads, specially Mo Ting, shows some similar characteristics that really puts him and Xiao Nai in the scope of siblings. Another main similarity I found out were the friends. Personally I really liked how there were plenty of friends who were forever helpful for both the leads and the lack of any tragic or heavy materials was refreshing. One of the facts that put me off was how the FL constantly seem to put up a fight for any physical activity (at least in the first half of the story)and ML seemed to passively persuade her into them. This was the only part I wasn't that happy with, although it can be considered minor (like mentioned this was in the first half only afterwards she was pretty active in it). Also one realistic plot line I found sympathizing was the divorce between the parents and how children are affected by it. Not sure if I missed it but the true reason for the accident was never revealed and as to why An Ning did not like Jin Cheng and his slight obsession with her was not completely clarified either. This could be due to the fact that I was reading a translation and few extra chapters were missing.

If anyone is looking for a story to just pass time without any serious matters to be read about, this would be highly recommended. A cute read for a time without any heavy material to weigh on the mind.
