Beauty and the Beast is one of my favourite stories, and retellings too, except for this one.
I don't know where to start for all the things I didn't like with this one...
A master, a natural Dom that doesn't know he is?
I what world people haven't heard about BDSM?
Who thinks he's a monster for liking rough sex?
There's so many wrong things in this story I can't say what I've liked about it, but it was one or two, I just can't remember what they were...

This book is Beauty and the Beast where instead of the Beast being cursed to actually look like a beast he is "cursed" with BDSM fetishes.
This was a super short novella which was just okay for me. I thought the concept was interesting and I like a little erotic fiction every now and then, but this just didn't do it for me.
Belle and Aiden both didn't have enough character development for me and I know in a 50 pages novella there isn't a whole lot of time to develop the characters but I think it would have improved the story if they were developed better.

The yellow ball gown was mentioned and the library
What I disliked:
Everything else the sex wasn't even steamy enough for me.
This was a super short novella which was just okay for me. I thought the concept was interesting and I like a little erotic fiction every now and then, but this just didn't do it for me.

This book is a dirty twist on a modern day version of beauty and the beast.
I enjoyed this book and devoured it in one sitting. I enjoyed this book more than the first book (Cinderella). I liked Aiden’s gruffness and how he came across slightly insecure. He was sensitive on what people thought of his sexual preferences. I liked Belle. I liked how open she was. She put Aiden at ease and went after she want.
This book is hot hot hot.
The storyline for this book is easy to follow and an enjoyable read.

Once Upon a Happy Ever After Series is four part Erotic fairy tale retellings by Jewel Killian.

They are inter-connected with some recurring characters showing up in all four stories but can be read as a stand-alone. The story is set in modern day and all center around a debutante ball for the upper side of New York. So pretty much everything happens in one night with the exception with the of some of the couples knowing each other from the past. So it's pretty much insta-love with a little sparkle of insta-love but didn't feel that way at all.

In this one, Belle is a sub who runs a internet erotic shop where you can get all your toys and whatever else kinky you want and the Beast aka Aidan is a dom who down plays it and feel like he's a monster and also is a business man trying to get a piece of property in New York. They found each other at the ball and insta-lust happens. I feel like this one was the weakest of the stories cause it felt the most like insta-lust since they where the only couple they didn't know each other in the past, know about each other cause of the circles they ran with or was a couple before. Also the fact BATB is my fave fairy tale so of course I'm harder on it than the rest. lol I do love Belle as a character because she went after she wanted and she was a freaking business woman. I mean at the end she not only wants to start a realtionship with him but she wants a business partnership as well.

Definitely not the Disney classic
This is the second book in this series, and it's a standalone. There's a character that ties into the next book, but it's such a short mention that you'll never notice. If you liked the first book, then you'll love this one! It's another modern fairytale, and this time, Belle and her beast (Aiden) get their story. Belle is just as capable and knows what she wants, and Aiden is a beast not really sure how to get what he wants. But, the chemistry between them is hot, and the instalust is strong. It's instant, and they're ready a little too soon to take on the world together for my liking. But still, it's a very short story, and you can't expect much else from it. Little characterization or plot, just like the first story, focusing instead on one night as the couple meet and experiment. Both know what they want, and get it. And it's satisfying and hot to see. The story is paced well, but the editing could have used a little help in a few places, just like the first story. It was nothing serious or very often, but still there to make you want to reread it to understand what's being said. If you're looking for a short, hot fairytale, then you've found a perfect one, especially if you like it with a little kink.

This is my favourite book in the series so far. Belle was just kickass; she knew what she was shopping for at the ball, she found him and took him. Aidan was more I-shall-fall-on-my-sword because he though he was the only kinky dude in the area...haha, I sincerely laughed at this. It was a trope that made me laugh at loud. He should join a book club...then he'd know he's not the only one.
I loved how Belle was talking about her wearable kinky toys. Just a few days ago, as I was reading this I had seen about an online company that actually sends a monthly subscription kink box and some of the toys included had that aspect of being wearable.
Loved this book. Will definitely be reading book 3.
