Roe is the son of Penny and Seth. In Caffrey fashion, he has been marked for one girl already, but another woman has recently come into his life and stole his heart.
Roe is the quiet one of the Caffreys, mainly due to his traumatic history with losing his brother. He still has nightmares and finds it difficult to allow anyone in. But someone has come into his life, and she is exactly what he needs.
But there is only one problem. She has a secret and it is a big one, and when Roe finds out, he has not choice but to break up with her. But that's not the end of the story.
Will Roe get the girl, or is it just not meant to be?
