It was okay. Brought back a lot of memories of wasted days and nights on video games. I wish the book was longer, it could have added a lot more details on how the addiction pathway works in our nervous system. The language is also far too simple and repetitive. I guess it was made for people who generally hate reading. I do stand for the message in the book and what it is trying to do.
Splendid book and easy to follow advice for quitting video games. As a former Gamer i really think this is one of the good no BS books. You can really start implement activities right away and write inside the blank spaces that are exercises related additional helping tools. Overall is a short book with many insights i do recommend other books related to this topic because is better to have many more resourse i dont believe only the book will help you quit this addiction. what you have to do is find a support group like GAA or other similar groups there are a tremendous self-improvement related groups on discord, and many of them are friendly
