5 Books. Full Length. No Cliffhangers. More than 1,000 pages :)

In the mountains of Colorado, a small town named Enchanted Rock seems to always be in need of protection. Luckily, the shifters of Frost Security call this town home.

RICHARD
For years, Richard Murdoch served in Afghanistan, a lone wolf shifter always on the prowl for his true calling in life. Now that Richard has helped found Frost Security with his pack, he may have finally found his true calling, his true mate: an art gallery owner in need of protection from a psycho stalker who wants her either run out of town, or dead.

FRANK
Frank O'Dwyer, ex-military bodyguard for Frost Security, failed at his job once before. He loved a woman and let his feelings for her cloud his judgment when he was supposed to be protecting her. Because of his screw-up, she ended up dead. Now, as he meets his newest client for the first time, he begins to worry he'll make the same mistake. Even worse, this time he'd be failing his true mate.

JACOB
Jacob Wayne is ex-Marine Special Forces and a fallen homicide detective. Now, at Frost Security, he thinks he may have found a home. But at what cost? All he does is track the occasional criminal that skipped their bond, or fraud investigation. Hell, he's not even a great shifter! He can barely control his instincts when he's in his wolf form. Until, that is, he meets the woman who smells of sun and desert flowers. Has he found his true mate? And his purpose? Or is this just another dead end lead?

MATTHEW
Matthew Jones was Pararescue in the Air Force, an elite soldier who dropped in behind enemy lines to save the lives of the men and women who were shot down. Now, as an arson investigator and volunteer firefighter, he's Frost Security's go-to shifter on arson investigation. But, when beautiful Rebecca Stokes, a local high school English teacher, comes to him looking for help to find the man who framed her Uncle Zeke for the crime of burning down his own hardware store, Matthew realizes that his feelings for her are hotter than even the fires he's paid to investigate.

PETER
Peter Frost, alpha shifter, ex-Navy SEAL, and leader of Frost Security has spent his life in search of something. Whether it's the people who murdered his family while he was overseas serving his country, a pack to call his own, or Vanessa Springer, the mate he once thought dead . . . what he's sought has always seemed just out of reach.

Vanessa Springer is a woman on the run. Ever since the murder of her and Peter's pack fifteen years before, she's stayed one step ahead of the people who killed her friends and family by embracing the outlaw lifestyle. Now, she's found Peter Frost again, and realized that everything his father said about him was a lie. He doesn't want to be more human than wolf, and he does embrace his shifter heritage.

Or does he? Because she knows secrets about Peter's heritage that he denies, and if he's unwilling to listen to Vanessa, they may not be able to defend themselves against the threat looming over Enchanted Rock.

Bad grammar. Editing mistakes. Typos. Misuse of words. Butchering of the German language where even the phonetics don’t make sense. Boring, forgettable plots and forgettable characters. Actually, after a while, impossible to distinguish the characters from each other. Building up to an ending that just fizzles out. No depth and no character development. That about sums it up. Oh yeah, and absolutely no smut! Sorry smut-lovers, this is a tame one.

This is five books in one, I should get five reading credits for this piece of drivel instead of just the one. Oh. And I’m never ever again picking up any book by this author, no matter how many free books I get offered to “join her mailinglist”. You need a better grasp of language, both English and German, to even tempt me. So why did I spend so much time on this? I have pneumonia, and I wanted to read something forgettable while being stuck in bed. You know how it is with a fever and antibiotics… Anyway, this one fit the bill to a T. I just didn’t expect it to be this…badly written. Oh well, C’est la vie.

FASCINATING ADVENTURES!!!

Richard

Richard Murdoch along with his Alpha Peter Frost founded Frost Security. They recruited Frank O'Dwyer, Jacob Wayne and Matthew Jones who were looking for something to keep their inner animals steady. They were now a pack who worked to protect the town they called home...Enchanted Rock, Colorado.

Jessica Long owned an art gallery, she was getting threatening phone calls. The enemy wanted her to leave town so she turned to Frost Security for help.

Richard was assigned to her case, there was an instant connection between them when they first saw each other. He didn't know she was his mate but she felt important to him.

Of course Richard knew from the start that Jessica was Richard's one true mate. Because he saw how his friend looked at the lovely woman. Plus it helped that he was mated once so he had known the mating signs.

The culprit was someone close to Jessica who was a little delusional.

On a side note, Peter had been investigating the murders of wolf packs without sharing info with his pack. He gound an orphan teenage shifter (Mary Waynescott) and took her in as his own.

Frank

Ashley Maxwell found her family's estate vandalized one night after returning home from dinner with her best-friend Sheila who also happened to be friends with Jessica ( RICHARD ). She asked Jess for help and got an appointment with Frost Security.

Frank O'Dwyer had loved a woman once but lost her because of a decision he made. Now he was assigned a vandalism case and the client turned out to be his mate.

Ashley found herself in danger when dangerous people who did business her father came afted her. Frank did everything in his power to make sure she was safe.

There was a deep connection betweem them but he rejected her when she made the first move. The rejection didn't sit well with her so she pulled away from him. Richard encouraged Frank to talk tp Ashley was well done.

Love how Frank and the rest of the pack wanted to help Peter with Mary. Genn and Lacy giving Peter advice was too cute. Mary finally on runs with the guys was a delightful treat.

Jacob

Jacob "Jake" Wayne, a former LA cop didn't had a great handle on his wolf. He loves his new pack, it was better than his previous one. While out on a run with his packmates, he caught the most alluring scent. And decided he wouldn't stop until he found out who it belonged to.

Elise Moon came to Enchanted Rock in search of her sister Eve. During her search she met Lacy who gave her one of the agency's cards. She met Jake at the local diner and there a spark.

After telling him about Eve, he was willing to help find her sister. They got clues from Ashley and Frank, let's just say that Jake wasn't to happy to find out that Eve was kind of a shoplifter. He didn't like feeling like he was lied to.

Eventually he realized that Elise didn't withheld things to hurt him. She just didn't trust cops. As they continued their search of the missing woman, they grew closer.

Turned out Eve got mixed up in some crazy stuff with some dangerous people. Jake realized Elise was his mate but he was still under the assumption that she'd rejected him.

When they found themselves in danger, Jake and Elise had each other's backs. She learned his secret and didn't shy away from him. Eve was found as well, the sisters reunion was one filled with unexpected surprises. But tge little moon decided to stay where she was.

It was great to have Peter finally talking to Jake about the murder cases, he had bwen working on.

Matthew

Matthew "Matt" Jones, a shifter who worked at Frost Security and a volunteer at the fire department. He was happy for his packmates because they found their one true mated. He loved his single life and wasn't in a hurry to settle down. Well what he didn't know was that fate had other plans for him.

Rebecca Stokes, a teacher who needed help in proving that her uncle Zeke didn't cause the fire that destroyed his business. She was attracted to Matt the moment they laid eyes on one another.

As they worked the case, they found out that something was wrong. Someone set up old Zeke and the guys at Frost Security were not going to let them get away with such cowardice act.

The culprit was someone know to the entire town. Lacy was a great help to them.

Peter

Peter Frost, the Alpha of the Enchanted Rock pack had been investigating a series of murders concerning packs. He thought he'd lost his mate not knowing that she'd escaped when the evildoers murdered the rest of his former pack.

Vanessa Springer, Peter Frost's one true mate was lead to believe by his father that her mate had abandoned them. After losing everyone she loved, she was taking in by a cat burglar. She found out that all the shifters were in danger including Peter and his new pack.

There was an organization named the Hunters that was hellbent on destroying the shifters now they had their sights set on the Wolves of Enchanted Rock.

Peter and his pack were preparing themselves to go to war with the Hunters. They knew that this fight was going to be one of their toughest ones yet.

Vanessa help her mate reach his true potential. She had been a lone wolf for so long that now she had to learn to trust those around her. The ladies alreday accepted her as their Alpha.

The Frost Security Pack wasn't prepared for when the enemy made a move against them. Four of their members were captured. The guys brought the fight to the enemy this time around.

Loved all the twists and turns in this book.

FROST SECURITY , the complete series boxset was a wonderful journey. Seeing the men of Frost Security find their mates while stopping the bad guys was well done. Glenna Sinclair did an excellent job.

Disappointed...

It was a struggle getting through the first story--a lot of over thinking and repetitive conversations/arguments. On the security side, they took their time sussing out and sharing info that would move the case along. Didn’t feel like anyone was taking the threats seriously—especially the heroine, and her two “supposed" friends. The friends' behaviors throughout the entire story was suspicious and quite irritating. The actual safety/security protocols were horrible and the heroine was useless. The little “breadcrumbs” the author was dropping about who was involved was so obvious, yet the heroine remained very clueless—even when presented with video evidence. It just seemed like she didn't even try to figure things out or even cared to. There were quite a few TSTL moments. The hero was a wolf shifter but didn’t seem to have or use any of his animal instincts until the very end.

On the romantic side, the hero felt a tug or slight connection with the heroine but couldn’t explain it for well over half the story and didn’t know heroine was his mate until a coworker/pack mate saw it & mentioned it. The boss knew, but didn’t tell. They kissed and held hands. No sizzle, no fireworks. I've read Christian & Clean romances with more heat and chemistry.

The story just dragged on waaaaaaaay too long...

Needs more editing/proofreading. No energy or desire to read the other four stories.😒

More young adult reading but ok

A very easy to read saga but it is based more for young adults. I’ve not read a shifter novel for a while and I have to say it isn’t one of the best I’ve read.

I bought it as a set of 5 books and half way through I was getting bored, but I can’t not finish a book so I ploughed on.

I think all the books were exceptional similar, same damsel in festered, same tough guy attitude. The thing I found most annoying about these books were, you have a shifter man, lone wolf who doesn’t need a mate, isn’t that interested in finding one and within hours of meeting there clients ALL of them found their mate.

Book five was more readable than the rest, fast pasted and I wanted to keep reading. I found I figured out who the bad guys were early on so if your looking for a mystery you won’t find it here, far too obvious.

I don’t want to be too negative because I haven’t written a book, let alone 5+, but I am pretty sure I won’t read any more sagas from this author

Richard ,Frank , Jacob , Mathew Peter and Vanessa five very intriguing men all fought for their country and not just as men but as shifters (wolves) now they have settled in Colorado and are working as security using their unique talents to help others.
They are close and its nice to see them grow and to see them meet their mates, to go through the challenge of growing close to them and to see what happens when their wolves are shown to their mates, as the books move around.
They weave a very nice story on how they came together and what happened to them as they are haunted be a group that is bound to end their lives.
We finally find what that group is all about as the boys go to war with them to rescue their mates and how Peter discovers the powers he has.
I thoroughly loved the story even when I was trying to figure out what was going on.

Fantastic series! Fantastic author!

This is the first I've read of Sinclair's writings and it will not be the last! I enjoy a good paranormal tale but found that many paranormal romance series seem to be the same story with a change in the lead characters' names. In Frost Security, the stories vary in plot even though the theme of finding one's mate is the prevailing theme. Sinclair is able to develop characters and plots that are interesting and not cookie cutter stories of each other. Some people feel that sex sells stories. This is one series that told stories without explicit sex. I look forward to reading more from Glenna Sinclair!

Good, but could have used some editing

I generally liked the story, but some of the writing needed a little polish. The plot lines were good, and the romance was predictable, but enjoyable. However, I'm not a fan of exclamation points in writing, especially when writing from a male perspective. It just seems juvenile. And, several chapters tried to create suspense foreshadowing with last sentences that ran along the lines of "little did I know...." The overly repetitive nature of this gave the opposite effect and also came off as something a YA author would write. If you just ignore these elements, the series is a nice way to spend an afternoon.

I'm not normally a paranormal or "shifters" fan, but I really liked these books. I'm guessing it's probably because I really like Glenna Sinclair! Because of this, I would definitely read another book/series along these lines by an author I knew I liked.

One thing I definitely love about Glenna Sinclair is all the books come in a series that can be read one another another - I truly appreciate this!

I would like to be able to give these books a higher rating. The story was a good mix of reality and fantasy with interesting characters and lots of action. A real page turner. That's the only reason I actually finished all five books. The problem is that the abundance of errors were a very disturbing distraction and in places made reading difficult.

It's truly a shame that a series with so much promise can be ruined simply because of a lack of proofreading.

Exciting

A shifter series with a twist! Very good reading, i loved it. All the characters were great. I love reading series when they are well written like this one, a lot of times you will like most of the characters and their stories but are let down by a couple. In this set every character and their story is amazing. Not going to give you any spoil alerts. Just buy it, you'll be glad you did.

Great read

Really good enjoyable read. Strong characters with great story lines. Very good value for money as books are long reading. Each shifter has there own book showing how they did a security job and met their mate. The boss was 'reacquainted with his mate and as with the or he books a great fight broke out when she's kidnapped. Book of shifters, immortals, biker gangs and giants

Cliffhangers????

I really enjoyed this series. The characters are believeable, but what about the human women? They were not that realistic what I mean by that is they just sort of rung their hand and did nothing to help in the fight. Except for Vannessa.
And there is a Cliffhanger !
What are they going to do about the council? I wonder what happens between Gen and Jasper that isn't his name.
Please finished off this Cliff.

Boring and repetitive

Absolutely boring and repetitive. How I managed to get to the very last book is beyond me?!?! Every story was the same just different characters and each had a problem that Frost security handled without barely breaking a sweat. And talk about chaste just kissing that’s it and boom you know that’s your mate. There was so many grammatical errors. The stories could have been expanded more. I felt like I was reading tween book rather an adult novel.

Many mistakes

When you read book 1 you find out they bought an old beauty salon for their office.Book 3 she calls it a rowdy biker saloon. She mixes events up in other books. The grammar is horrible. I liked the storyline, however, the grammar is such a mess that it slows the reading down.
Ever book in this series has mistakes in grammar and facts. This item was not edited, in my opinion.

Security, ex-special forces, paranormal, romance and thriller

Hard to put down, each shifter is a retired military elite warrior. They each find their own fated mate and each mating comes with its own special life threatening plot. Enjoy these fast paced security novels with well-developed characterization and well-written story line. Hope to read more on this series.

Shifters

I think this is the best series Glenna has written. Peter Frost and his pack are the heroes along with their true mates, in trying to locate and terminate the counsel. I couldn't put the book down. Can't wait to see what Glenna comes up with next. I hope she will expand on this series.

A great series

It has been awhile since I read a series based on wolves who also appear in human form. The series was fantastic and I enjoyed every book. Based on an alpha and a pack who were also military trained. They all worked at a security firm based on Colorado. Lots of excitement and was hard to put down. A little romance thrown in between bikers and mafia. Great read

Hold on to your seat.

This series of books is virtually unreal. The characters are believable, in a paranormal way, none lacking for excitement and action. Well worth the time reading.

Not too shabby.....

I really enjoyed both the characters and the plotting in this series. Whipped through it pretty quickly. I did find the errors rather distracting, but overall it was a solid read.

What a Great Series

Glenna Sinclair is the top of her field....I started this series as a reader, but found myself transformed into a shifter before the end of the first book!

Enjoyable story. No sex, but I didn’t really miss it. Good stories. Characters were interesting, though the TX character was extremely cheesy. In all, I enjoyed reading this s series.

Suspenseful and different

If you like cop/military book boyfriends you can't go wrong with Frost Security. I just wish the author would let us into the couples world more. The last book felt a bit rushed towards the end.

Frost Security: The Complete 5 Book Series

This was a good set of books. Good world building with an HEA and some mystery left in case the author wants to move forward with a continuation or a spin off series.
