Very good

There was something very good about this book that just kept me wanting to read it, at times it made my head spin and whilst I wanted to bang a few people's heads together it was a very enjoyable book. I'm excited to read the next one.

I'm a sucker for a good steamy romance and Virtue doesn't disappoint. Part sweet new relationship and part intense erotica, this novel quickly ratchets up the chemistry and connection between the two main characters.

Maddox is an overconfident, controlling, and dominant man that thinks he can have everything he wants right when he wants it - this includes the sexy daughter of the company he's hired. In other words, Maddox is an a$$. I have to say that's part of his charm. The push and pull between him and Reagan made for an interesting story. Reagan isn't the weak woman he thinks he can tame and I loved she had her own mind.

This was a good start to the series and I'm interested after that ending to see how the story progresses. If you like steamy and erotic contemporary romance - give this one a chance.

Nothing like I've read before...

I haven't read an erotica quite like this one! Typical eroticas have a ton of sex scenes and tend to forget about the story line behind them. This story kept the flow and story line strong and it pulled me into the main characters world. My emotions were pulled in different directions and the sex scenes certaintly did not disappoint!
A fabulous read and I look forward to reading the next installment!

Wow, this is one sizzling hot story. It is a bit of an insta-love, but that actually added to the way the story arc plays out. There's a lot of explicit scenes (a lot) but a story as well - I didn't even realize how attached I was to the characters until the end was coming too close for comfort. That's when there's a NOOOOOO moment because there aren't enough pages left - I need book 2 stat!

I usually don’t read erotica but this one had a fast paced story line which keeps you hooked. Has a few similarities with Fifty Shades yet different in a lot of ways where Rachel the main character is a strong independent woman who gives in to a billionaire Maddox knowing exactly what she was getting into. This book has a sequel which I will definitely like to read. Thanks Jordan for your giveaway. You know how to tell a story and keep your readers asking for more.

If you liked 50 Shades of Grey you will love this book as there are a lot of similarities. There are of course a lot of differences, with the main ones being both characters are rich and successful and this book is also softer on the BDSM side with an equal emphasis on romance. This combination worked well.

The story was fast-paced and I especially enjoyed that Reagan was able to give the rather arrogant Maddox a run for his money as she knew her own mind. I also thought her career was an interesting one and very different, which I felt gave additional depth to the story. It should be noted that the book ends on a cliff-hanger, which although good, was rather abrupt and came somewhat out of nowhere. However, it will be interesting to see where this leads in the next book!

The only issue I had (and this may be specific to Kindle) was that there were parts of the text which contained frequent mid-sentence capitalisation and random punctuation which I personally found a little distracting hence why I have rated it 4 stars rather than 5, but I still enjoyed the book.

Overall a fun read and readers who like classic erotic romances will definitely enjoy it.

Reagan is a smart businesswoman who works in her father’s company. She has been dating one of her co-workers for months and was not happy. Maddox is a billionaire who saves or helps companies when they are in trouble. He wants to buy a plane from Reagan’s dads business but is immediately taken by her. He orders three planes and starts to relentlessly pursue her. She finally breaks it off with her co-worker and starts dating Maddox. Her ex is not one to take no for an answer though. He created two different scenes with her trying to get her to bow down to him.

Maddox is a VERY powerful and singular thinking when it comes to Reagan~ she is his and no one else’s. This book has HOT STEAMY scenes, BDSM moments, and will remind you of the Captivated Series and 50 Shades Series combined. She loses her innocence to Maddox, he controls and dominates her. They fall in love! Then, she receives some terrible news and has to step in to take over the company. Then she discovers a bigger surprise and as she contemplates what to do the book leaves off with someone trying to kidnap her…what will happen? I received this book for free and am leaving a voluntary review.

Virtue is the first book in the Intuition series, and it is Maddox and Reagan's story.

If you are a fan of a story filled with softer BDSM, this is the book for you! Reagan is one heck of a businesswoman.. She works for her dad's company, but she really wants is her independence. The last thing she is looking for his a man until the sexiest man she has ever seen shows up in her boardroom. Maddox is a billionaire who always get what he wants and what he wants is Reagan.

This is a really good story. It flows effortlessly and will pull you in from the very beginning. Maddox and Reagan are such awesome characters! I dare you not to fall head over heels for them. I like that they are such well developed characters who also possess a certain depth to them. I will warn you-this story ends in a cliff, but there is good news. The follow up book has already been released, so you won't have to wait forever to find out how their story progresses!

Overall, this was a pretty good read!

This was a great book. I was not sure what to expect, but I really enjoyed the book. It was very well written. She had a great story line, strong characters and I actually read it in one evening. I was so into the story I didn't want to stop reading it. I say I didn't know what to expect only because I do not read this genre normally. But the story was so good I really enjoyed the book. I learned a lot also lol Reagan was very focused on her job she put everything into it. Even pushing her boyfriend away. That is, until she meets Maddox. As soon as he meets Reagan that is it. He knows and goes after what he wants This is the story of their relationship. It is very sexy with a lot of heat. Even though I don't know a lot about Dom/ Sub relationships. The author was so good, that this didn't matter. I followed along just fine. I am actually looking forward to the next book. A really great book.

Reagan is a strong-willed, even (at times) sassy girl who finds the submissive role strangely attractive when she finds the right man. Maddox is a dom, looking for another sub.

Neither one expected to find not just their opposite number but their true love. Reagan’s first, which disconcerted Maddox initially; he wasn’t used to virgins. He ... overcame that problem.

Maddox turned out to be just what Reagan needed, not just sexually or in her life but also in her business, as she was taking over the company from her father, who has terminal cancer. It’s a match made in Heaven, as long as that Heaven doesn’t mind a certain amount of (ahem) discipline between willing partners.

Until Reagen leaves work one day ...

Damn. Now I’ll have to read the next book. I’m sure it’ll be as good a read.

This was my first read by this author and I truly enjoyed it! The story of Reagan and Maddox is most definitely a steamy ride. Reagan has led a bit of a sheltered life, but is instrumental in helping her father with his business. In walks Maddox, a total rich, hot alpha male and sparks fly. Maddox knows he wants Reagan, but she is already in a relationship and is hesitant to get to know him. Maddox is used to a DS relationship, and wants to explore that with Reagan, but is she a Submissive? Can he maybe show her the way? The author describes these characters in such a way that you can envision what they look like and can feel their emotions in your heart. I’m looking forward to reading the next book in this series so I can find out more about Maddox and Reagan! I highly recommend this book!

Reagan has been focused on work since returning from college, even keeping her boyfriend at arm's distance, but one business meeting is about to change her life.
Maddox hasn't found the right person for him and its been a while since he has been with someone but when he sees Reagan he falls for her, and he is tenacious in his pursuit of her.
This is a spicy romance with some Dom/sub action, done in a tasteful way. The author has a direct way of telling the story that I appreciate, devoid of filler. If you like a little kink in your romance novels, this is the book for you!

Worth a read!

This was soooo good! I couldn’t stop reading it and now I have to read the next book! I love Maddox and Reagan and all their interactions. It’s beyond cute! I also love how feisty Reagan is and how take charge Maddox is. They really balance each other and make for an interesting and realistic couple. The story was well written too. Again, this is worth a read and you’ll definitely want to read the next one! Check it out!

This certainly didn't disappoint. Some romance books are all about banging and the plot is kind of an after thought, so this was a nice change. Readers familiar with Jordan Leger know exactly what to expect from Virtue: a fast‑moving story wrapped around heaping doses of spicy, explicit intimacy. On that front, the book certainly delivers.

The core dynamic centers on two polar opposites. Maddox is a 37‑year‑old New York power player—dominant, wealthy, amoral and sexually experienced, and used to bending the world to his will. Reagan, by contrast, is young, inexperienced, still a virgin, and working steadily in her family’s aviation business while debating whether to end a stale relationship with a coworker.

Leger structures the novel through alternating points of view, shifting chapter by chapter between Reagan and Maddox. This device ensures the reader always knows exactly what each character is thinking and feeling, sometimes even replaying the same scene from both angles. At its best, this dual perspective adds tension and insight.

The plot is propelled by Maddox’s immediate desire—upon meeting Reagan during a business deal—to groom her into a submissive partner in a BDSM relationship. His internal monologues reveal objectifying intentions and calculated plans she cannot see coming. As the story progresses, Maddox becomes infatuated and even seems to fall in love, eventually stepping in to protect her. Reagan, in turn, grows more comfortable with some of his intimate practices. The book ends on a clear cliffhanger designed to push readers into Book Two.

For me, Maddox’s manipulative grooming made him somewhat repellant, so I felt rather sorry for Reagan throughout. For this reader, Maddox's later feelings didn't fully exonerate him for his earlier motives, and that made this novel difficult to enjoy. Still, readers seeking BDSM‑heavy romance may not mind.

The sex scenes are vivid and well written, though they occasionally run long.

A good erotic romance!

In Virtue by Jordan Leger, Maddox and Reagan meet when billionaire Maddox buys a plane from Reagan’s company. As a dom, Maddox is immediately intrigued by Reagan as he recognizes her submissive nature (well hidden under her independent personality). However, she is more than just a passing interest for him and he pursues her until she relents. Once she gives in to her own desire for Maddox, she becomes a full participant in the passion that erupts.

But Reagan’s life is complicated by work, family and other men in her life, all of which serve as roadblocks in the relationship. The story ends on a very good cliff-hanger.

There are elements of erotica for sure, but also elements of romance and intrigue. Romance readers who like steamy, sexy bedroom scenes will like this book. Although it ventures into the dom/sub realm, it’s quite light on the BDSM. But this may change in future books as the relationship is still fairly new and Maddox understands the need to move slowly. It’s a hard-to-put-down book because the story speeds along from one scene to the next, keeping the reader engaged.

My heart went out for Reagan; a strong, independent young woman who knew what she wanted and worked for it. Her virtue is something that she knew she could control and decided to save it for the right man to come along; Maddox just happened to be that man. Hot, rich and twelve years her senior, Maddox wants to teach Reagan that there is a lot more to sex than what she may have read about in her lust-filled romance novels; he starts to open her eyes to the world of BDSM. However, there is a lot going on that has their relationship off to a rocky start. One of those road bumps is Reagan's ex, Keaton who won't take no for an answer.

Virtue is one of those hard-to-put-down books. The scenes and chapters flow that keep you flipping the pages to find out what happens next. The book does leave you with a major cliffhanger, which I would imagine picks up in book two.

Steamy and Thrilling!

This is a new author to me and from this first book she has me hooked. The story gripped me right from the start and kicked me in the stomach with that ending. It was intense, intriguing and titillating. Reagan is a very strong woman who can kick some butt. She is also very innocent and sweet which makes you love her right away. Maddox is the total opposite. He's 100% alpha male - sexy, strong and fierce. When he wants something he is not afraid to do what is necessary to get it - including Reagan. Their interactions are combustible and highly explosive. Every second they are together is very intense, erotic and panty melting!

The storyline is fast paced and full of surprises. It is intense and steamy. I can't wait to see how this story unfolds as the ending gutted me! Highly recommend.

Let's be frank: I think the billionnaire trope has been used and overused. Thankfully, there are still some authors who know how to nail it well, and it's the case of Jordan Leger.

Reagan is a solid female protagonist who is not only a professional who knows her trade but who is far from being naive and not the usual ingenue we see way too often. Maddock is a dashing, drool-worthy, domineering & super-rich love interest who knows the rules of domination and submission, and is respectful of his partner's limits and consent. Just for this, I recommend this story with all my heart because we need more like those.

I was maybe a bit put-off by the fact Reagan's virginity was such a big issue, but this didn't derail the plot. The writing flows really well, and it's a nice, entertaining read.

Story Line Overview: Reagan is the daughter of the CEO of Blacken Enterprise. She meets Maddox during a sales meeting and ends up selling him three luxury planes. Instant attraction! Reagan didn’t know what hit her when Maddox entered the scene. Reagan breaks up with her current boyfriend, Keaton, and starts dating Maddox. Unexperienced Reagan agrees to a S/D relationship with Maddox entering a world of unknown pleasures.
The good: The plot is easy to follow and held my attention.
The bad: I didn’t like that the novel ended in a cliffhanger without warning.
Overall, this was an enjoyable read.

Fifty percent sweet romance/ fifty percent erotica, this is a surprising mix of genres.

Twenty five year old virgin Reagan, "values her virtue" and is not going to hand over her V card to any man who doesn't love her. Her current boyfriend does not fit the bill but when handsome billionaire Maddox comes to buy a plane from her she dumps him and falls head over heels in love with the naughty billionaire. Maddox, besotted by Reagan introduces her to a BDSM lifestyle which she finds she adores.

Told from alternating POV the reader gets to hear both characters take on a scene. Please be aware this story ends suddenly on a cliff hanger.

Jordan does it again!!! I loved this book and cant wait for the second part to come out!!! Reagan is a young lady who works with her father.  She always follows the rules, that is until she meets Maddox...
Maddox comes to buy a plane or three from Reagans family business. When he meets Reagan, he knows he has to get to know her better... He may be a dom without a sub at the moment but he knows Reagan will change that....if she will just give him a chance. Maddox shows her a different life than she has ever known.. Will it be too much? Will Reagan be able to let go and let Maddox teach her new things??

Reagan is a young woman who runs a company with her father. She’s in an unhappy relationship. She comes off as timid and maybe a little bit if a pushover but loved that she proved me wrong. Maddox is a strong, confident and dominant male. He is very intrigued by Reagan when he first meets her. He knows what he wants and goes after her. Their relationship has many ups and downs but they are stronger together.

Does the past catch up to Reagan?? Can’t wait to read book 2 to find out!!

Whoa! Just when I thought I had it all figured out, Jordan went and blew my mind!
Part sweet, part thrilling, there’s some dark moments, some... think 50 shades of Grey moments. A steamy new romance with trouble on the horizon. I liked Reagan, she was innocent with a strong head on her shoulders and her whole world changed overnight when she met bad boy rich guy Maddox. I had a little trouble warming up to him, very domineering, bit of an ass, but I feel like there’s a little sweetness to him that Reagan brings out. Now to start then next book to see where their story takes them.

Maddox and Reagan’s story begins in Virtue and what an aortic title too. They are a fabulous couple; Maddox is an older, extremely confident and successful dominant man while Reagan is a younger, confident woman who knows what she wants-however does accept things she shouldn’t.

I thoroughly enjoyed this story and the character build up was terrific. There are plenty underlying issues to go along with the romance that boosts the story. I am going straight into Illusion as I have to know what happens after that climactic ending.

Get the fire extinguisher ready!

This book was heating up the pages from the very beginning! Jordan Leger did a fabulous job drawing the reader into the lives of the characters and had me forgetting what time it was and instead had me focused on turning the pages (who needs clean laundry and dinner cooked???) I’m normally not big on cliffhangers, but when it’s in KU, what’s your excuse?!?!? I’m diving right into book two! Do not pass go! Do not collect $200! Send me straight to jail and let Maddox handle my punishment, please.
