Good reading

Recommended reading to understand corporate culture esp. In India. Worth time spent reading this book. Some points like being social, not being over confident are very relevant.

Good book for people who are new into any industry. It help you strengthen your bond with your supervisor. Great work done on the do's and don'ts. Must read for the college pass-outs who are getting in to a job.

Interesting book for self evaluation and evaluating your environment - pertinent for people with a small number of years in corporate world

Covers a wide spectrum of topics of corporate life amd some really good advice on performance, self reflection, working on teams, interpersonal skills and so on. I found the views about office politics too cynical, but it depends on your nature and environment. There is a lot of repetition and long case studies (stories from the author's experiences). If your focus is on the gist, you can skip some of those and make it a quick read.
