EVVY Award-winning Science Fiction Author Chad Huskins Returns:
------------------
A strange new world with primitive life. A mysterious and ancient starship. An energy resource with limitless possibilities. All these make the planet Kinjin a controversial discovery. Wade Vickers, former Space Marine and now an Arbiter of Law, has come to make sure the inhabitants of this new world are treated with respect, and ensure that Coralai Corporation operates with ethics. But he soon finds that the company plans to refute the claim that Kinjinians are sentient beings. If successful, the company will have access to the most powerful resource in the galaxy—an energy source on one of Kinjin's moons, dumped there by an advanced alien race that went extinct millions of years ago.

Wade’s commitment to law, morality, and order pit him against a corrupt corporation that will do anything, including threaten his life, to bury the truth of Kinjin. On top of defending himself, he’ll have to answer a question he’s never had to consider in a court of law: How does one prove the sentience, and therefore the civil rights, of an entire race of beings?

Stellar read!

Great character development. A lot of plot twists. Plenty of action. A well balanced sci fi thriller. Very well written as are all of Huskins' stories. I have read hundreds of sci fi books and believe Huskins is one of the best contemporary alt reality/sci fi/fantasy writers. Highly recommend all his book genres.
