M.D. Pentacles is fond of speaking in the third person because she feels it's an accurate representation of the fracture in her psyche and the legions who've made themselves comfy up inside her brains. This crack goes deep—Hell deep—but that's okay because M.D. grew up wrangling the darklings and by this point is mostly just tired of their shit, yet happy to give the raunchy darlings a voice. After a brief episode of perception-altering insanity, M.D. realized she had two options: keep the filthy chaos to herself and risk causing a super massive black hole with the ensuing implosion, or share her slutty demons with those brave enough to join her in embracing the chaos...

She's chosen the latter and doesn't care about the consequences.

Ethan of Saxet needs to gather two more ingredients for the ascension tincture in order to become the youngest, most powerful Warlock in a thousand years. Collecting the fresh gizzard of Albatross cured in the piss of a moon-bred mare was difficult but not impossible. The last ingredient though, the passion screams of a Silverfinned mermaid may very well be his downfall. But Ethan is not giving up. He’s determined and he’s talented, in more ways than one. When the ship he hires captures a Silverfin, he knows he doesn’t have much time to make her scream in passion before his deadline. However, he never anticipated she’d be the Electra Pree (a warrior Queen) or that she’d have a kraken as a pet watchdog. Still, Ethan is determined to work some magic. Literally.

This is a great read! Man, oh man, does Electra Pree make Ethan work hard for her screams. She is feisty, arrogant, and so very awesome! Ethan is no slouch either. But the star is the kraken. Oh my. There’s definitely a story here - beginning, middle, and end with an opening at the conclusion for further adventures. The sex between Electra Pree and Ethan is great, but the addition of the kraken is…woo doggie! *fans self* Only drawback is it ends at 81%, but I’d seriously read more about these two. Oh, yeah.

Wooo this is dirtiness at its best! A warlock who needs a mermaids pleasure screams to ascend and become even more powerful. What will he do exactly and how far will he go to get those screams? And what does squid ink have to do with it? Well you gotta read the book to find out! And trust me it is so yummy you definitely have to read it!

I know, I know, another one? Yes.

​This one's a bit different tentacle-wise though. The tentacles come from the kraken, which is a semi-sentient being in this tail (haha, the puns could be endless - yes it should say tale). The power struggle between Electra Pree and Ethan is intriguing because they truly do go back and forth. When you think it's clear who's gained the upperhand, something changes.

I'm interested in what's going to happen next with Amoth'ze and possible incubi and succubi? More from this world would be much appreciated.

I really love the unexpected twists M. D. Pentacles takes on an already unsually topic. The power struggle between apprentice warlock Ethan and the silverfin Electra Pree was especially hot and intense, and neither really gains the upper hand before the other takes control. The really interesting twist is that the Kracken is the tentacle monster. It kills fishermen, has some special ink and some really nice mating tentacles. All in all a really delightful monster. Furthermore you get small hints of possible more exiting experiences. I look forward to reading if she has a new take on incubus’s or any other exciting creatures.

This was so much more than I was expecting. Let's start with Ethan. He's on a quest to become the youngest warlock in history. From that line alone you can tell he has confidence and determination. Next up, Electra Pree, who is a Silverfin (think mermaid) and is an integral part of Ethan's quest. She isn't a push-over and she's going to make Ethan work to get her cooperation in his quest. And we can't forget the Kraken... When you put them all together you get a fun, dirty read that will make you want more.

This was awesome! If you're the prudish, judgey type, ...maybe you should move on to another book. But if you have an open mind and are looking for some **fans face** hot reading material, you should definitely read this. It has everything you need for a great book: a spicy heroine, a jerk-ish hero, squid ink, tentacles, and some fun bow chicka bow wow scenes.

I'll definitely read the next book.

Ethan is set on becoming the youngest Warlock to be ascended. He just needs to collect a few things before he can be given that honor. One of the things on that list is something he is quite looking forward to and will take a lot more finesse to get what he needs. However, Ethan gets more than he bargained for when it looks like the wheels get turned on him. Will he get what he wants or will he fail in all his filthy endeavors?

Our friend Ethan is a demonic warlock who is to become the youngest warlock in history. To get this position he needs to fulfill 3 impossible tasks, one of them is getting the passion filled screams of a silver fin mermaid. There is where Ethan meets Electra Pree a silver fin warrior queen that will give him what he needs for a pice. Although there is a basic plot the book is just sex without much else to add to its development or characters. If you want a fun sex read I’ll highly recommend. Y

Lots of sex, water and tentacles

This is a paranormal erotic wet rocking and a rolling tale. The Warlock is on a quest for some objects and things to aid his ascension. Along the way he finds some hot new playmates and they all join in some hot tentacled loving. Ethan finds what he needs and decides to stick around for more fun

I got this as part of a Black Friday bundle and hoped to enjoy it as much as I enjoyed my previous read from the author, Swallowed By Darkness. Unfortunately, this just wasn't good. I'm not a fan of the degradation kink, nor did I particularly care for the sex scene that spanned 70% of the book. Hopefully I'll find another of her books I enjoy as much as Darkness.

Crazy, wicked fun!

So, I picked this up because, yeah I like the monster tentacle thing. Sue me.
I didn't expect it to be a page-turner. It was a thrilling (albeit short) ride and I want more!!!

I Give this Book 3.5 But listing as 3 Stars.
These type of Genre has always intrigued me and is hard to find written well.
I just wish this one was longer though, it’s definitely a quick read :)

What a wild ride! I can't even express how refreshing it was to read about a strong female character who doesn't immediately turn into a whimpering weak willed version of themselves the minute the male lead initiates intimacy (you know what I mean, right?) Oh, she makes him work for it while still getting her own! The vividness with which M.D. Pentacles paints the environment (ship) these characters inhabit, made me feel as if I was sitting at the Captain's table with them! If you want a story that will hold your attention from beginning to end this is the one for you! I will warn you though, you will not want to put it down, so don't schedule anything important after you purchase Tentacles from the Deep! Including sleep!!

a short story of a warlock's list of things needed for ascension. a new world setting by the author for this story, it was a bit hard understanding some words at first but once I got the gist of how everything is, I loved it. the anger of a captive, the tentacles from the deep, I was very entranced by the whole scenario and the realism of it all (for that kind of setting, of couse). it was so hot hahaha. even after the end as it previewed two other stories.. Wow

This book was really good. The storyline was took an unexpected twist that not only added to the steam level of the book but was humorous. I love stories with strong female characters and the mermaid in this book is one strong willed female. Of course M.D. delivers on the sexy times and the use of tentacles is quite interesting. I don't want to give to much of the storyline away so get this book already! Its worth the read!

Talk about mind blown, filthy and tentacles! I've never read a book test with a Kraken but that sure did add extra leverage that I wasn't prepared for. Twisted little delight this one was.
