Keesha wants to attend space camp and wants the perfect picture for application. So, when she hears that the class is going into space to fix the FrizSat she plans to get the perfect picture. But, Keesha hasn't paid attention and ends up breaking all of the satellites. She learns that teamwork is the best type of work and gets the perfect picture with all her friends....and she gets a visit from her favorite astronaut.

Why did they change Ms. Frizzle? Boo! Bring back the original! I found an older msb book that had pictures of examples of school logs/notes, and that's much cooler because it shows that they study and kept track of their work... and meanwhile in this book they magically put together satellites? There was no description of how they used the tools. That was disappointing and my 4 year old read it and asked "how do they know how to put it together?" Great question!

This time the class heads for space to repair the FrizNet satellite so it broadcasts the big soccer game.
However, Keesha is so focused on her space camp application that she doesn't pay attention to the directions or her classmates. Needless to say, everything turns out fine in the end.
Don't miss the glossary an Q&A with Ms. Frizzle at the end.

Classic feeling of the original tv show with the updated tv show characters. Great glossary and illustrations throughout. Great recommendation for beginning chapter book readers.

This is my 7 year old’s favorite of the Magic School Bus branches books so far.

I like it because you can learn about space. I like when Kesha pressed the button and it was suspense. I wasn’t sure what would happen next.
