Do you love dangerous heroes? Heartbreakers: Three Medieval Bad Boys brings you three wicked heroes of ill-repute - and the women who dare to love them.
In The Scoundrel, Evangeline is determined to recover her family's relic from the thief Gawain. She knows he's a charming trickster with no moral code and has vowed to play by his rules to regain the prize, never expecting that Gawain will steal her heart. Gawain is intrigued by the first lady who is his match—when he falls in love with Evangeline, will he be able to convince her that his sweet confession isn't just another ruse?
In The Frost Maiden's Kiss, Catriona arrives pregnant at notorious Ravensmuir, home of the Hellhound, a mercenary of dangerous repute. The last person she expects to save her child is this grim and fearless man, and she knows herself to be in his debt. When Malcolm suggests a marriage of convenience to give her son a future, Catriona knows the only way to repay the Hellhound is to save him from the curse placed upon him, whatever the cost to herself.
In The Crusader's Heart, Christina takes a chance on Wulfe, challenging the Templar to aid her in escaping her captivity in a brothel in Venice. She will do anything to convince him that he has need of her by his side as Wulfe is the key to her safe return home. Wulfe finds himself dangerously tempted by the beautiful and resolute Christina, to the point of discarding his vows. He has nothing to offer her in his own right, but Christina's optimism is infectious and he revisits his own past, in the hope of building a future with her.
Three bold women each dare to challenge and to love a disreputable rogue, tempting the heartbreakers to change their ways. Love does conquer all in Heartbreakers: Three Medieval Bad Boys!

The Scoundrel is a historical romance set in medieval Scotland. Evangeline needs to recover a family heirloom that was stolen from their home. Gawain has the icon and plans to sell it. The interactions between these two were entertaining and the story was full of surprises.
The Frost Maiden’s Kiss was a well-written, entertaining book. In Medieval Scotland, Catriona has experienced a night of violence which has left her homeless, expecting a child and with no trust in men. Malcolm has returned to his inherited holding, intending to restore it. His companion is trapped by the Fae and they demand his soul in sacrifice. Malcolm agrees to give up his instead, to be claimed Midsummer's Eve. Malcolm wants to ensure his holding is rebuilt and left to someone who will take care of it. Catriona and Malcolm meet, and soon each begins to believe they may be able to trust each other and fight through the obstacles ahead of them. I loved this book!
The Crusader’s Heart was a well-written, sweet, enjoyable book. Set in medieval times, Christina was on a pilgrimage to Jerusalem when she experienced misfortune and was forced to become a courtesan to survive. Wulfe, a Templar knight, has been instructed to deliver a secret treasure to the Temple in Paris. When they meet, Wulfe finds himself unwillingly fascinated by Christina, and she is determined to stay by his side. This was a great story that was hard to put down.
This author is an amazing writer and I eagerly look out for her books to be published. Copy gifted by the Publisher. I have voluntarily posted a review consisting of my honest opinions.
I've read The Scoundrel in this trio of books. Gwain, he's definitely a bad boy. This book left me wanting to know more of the Lammergeier family in its trilogy. Loved the book. Claire Delacroix, the queen of medieval romance, always delivers. I have voluntarily posted a review consisting of my honest opinions.
Three great stories by Claire Delacroix, I so enjoyed reading each one of them!! This author never ceases to amaze me with her writing, always a pleasure to read one of her books and this set is no exception.
