I’ve been trying to implement a morning routine in my life, and I found it hard to get to bed at reasonable time to have a good morning routine. This helped me find ways to better myself in the evening through a night time routine, and I found parts of it very helpful in helping me go to sleep stress and worry free.

Too obvious...

Borderline tautological.
*shrugs*
Also, there are some editing mistakes that are rather annoying, especially considering it's such a small book.
That and the veiled assertion of gaslighting my partner were the nail in the coffin.

◾Remember the words of the Dalai Lama: “Man surprises me most about humanity. Because he sacrifices his health to make money. Then he sacrifices money to recuperate his health.”
◾“In the end, winning is sleeping better.” Jodie Foster 🤷‍♀️
◾Sleep well, and start your day with a healthy, wholehearted, energetic smile on your face.

Ok book

This book was limited to authors experience and opinions .she could have given more ways to sleep better like herbal remedies but she mainly stresses time management which is part of sleeping better a good book but incomplete . I recommend this paired with other sources.

I'm pretty sure this book is the same or almost the same as Mckey's Daily Routine Makeover: Evening Edition (which I read twice), just with a different title. Reading this book (or the same info the third time) was still helpful. Good advice.

Handy Sandy hints & tips

From a procrastinator's point of view, this book provides a plethora of ideas that can be implemented almost immediately. I want to try all of them, but I'm starting with listing (and doing) 3 things I need done tomorrow. It all sounds easy but only time will tell.
