Incredibly delicious recipes, although one might argue that usually they do take a bit longer than 30' (especially the first time) and that the ingredients are not as "simple and basic" if you're not living in Australia.
Still, many of the recipes in this book have become favourites and are made on a regular basis!
It's also a huge number of recipes, I still have sooo many on my list waiting to be tried out.
Highly recommend!

Love this book! Perfect with real food recipes that the whole family will enjoy! Have made a number of recipes already and enjoy the ‘stories’ at the start of each recipe. No fancy ingredients shopping required, such as ‘yak’s milk from Nepal’ or such stuff. Easy to follow and fun to cook. Whole family is loving this one. Well done Matt!

Love this book. It is filled with a wide variety of different food, tips and a helpful index. It is visually interesting and has great little introductions and anecdotes. Many recipes contain parts that can be used independently (such as spice mixes). It also has many sides - one of the struggles of my life. I am tough where cookbooks are concerned but this is a really excellent book.
