Each recipe has a title, list of ingredients are included and you should be able to substitute for your healthier dietary needs: low sodium, low fat, low sugar and fresh vs. canned items. Directions are given. There are NO pictures. Servings and prep and cook times are included. Some nutritional information is included per 2000 calorie diet: calories, fat, NOT broken up into good or bad, carbs, protein, cholesterol and sodium. Like flavor combinations but some recipes have a LOT of ingredients listed. I would be making my own spaghetti sauce rather than buying it in a jar. Didn't find anything to write home about.
