Freud'un teorileri daha açık yalın bir dille anlatılmış. Psikanalizi anlamaya çalışmak için Freud'tan başlayıp bu kitap okunabilir. Freud'un ortaya attığı kavramları daha iyi benimsemenizi sağlayabilir ama çok detaya girilmemiş. Bu kitabın en güzel bölümlerinden biri de Freud'un en popüler 5 hastasını ve uyguladığı tedavileri anlatmasıdır.

I thought if I read this book, I would be able to understand Freud's theories more. Yet, I am still confused. Still, this book was helpful a bit in clarifying some of the confusing aspects in Freud's theories. My problem with this book is Freud himself. THIS GUY IS SOOO CONFUSING!!!

الكتاب ده بيمثل عمل جماعي قام بيه مجموعة من المعالجين النفسيين. قرروا انهم يعملوا حلقات نقاش لكل ما كتبه فرويد وده يعتبر عمل ضخم جدا لأن فرويد حجم كتابته اعتقد 23 مجلد.
وكانت نتيجة حلقات النقاش دي اللي استمرت علي مدي سنوات انهم خرجوا بالعمل العظيم ده.. وده بمثابة طوق النجاه للغارق في قراءات فرويد.. دايما كنت ارجع لتعليق كويندوز لما كنت اقرا مقالة او كتاب لفرويد. بشوف من خلال الكتاب ده الصورة الكلية والفكرة في سياقها الزمني وتأثير الأشخاص المحيطين بفرويد علي الفكرة.. ودي حاجة مش متاحة لو حبيت اقرا مباشرة لفرويد

الكتاب لوحده لايغني في رأيي عن قراءة النص الأصلي لفرويد.. ولكنه اضافة كويسة جدا ليها وزاي كدة كشاف للطريق اللي فرويد عايز يقوله

عمل رائع واسلوب كويندوز سهل وموفق ومناسب للدارسين

My absolute favourite when it comes to understanding Freud's work. Quinodoz beautifully illustrates arguments for and against Freud's work; without, as some writers are guilty of, attacking his character.
