Suspense and the underworld. Dreck and Jordan most certainly provided the fire in the magic that was going on around them. One questioning a murder the other questioning faith. Thing all come to a head and who's side will be the right one. There was intense action, adventure, some drama, suspense. This one of the three this far have won me over completely. There was more in the plot, that first kiss, that first everything.

It was just missing that special element that took it off the shelf of a five star.

what a great story i received an exclusive arc of this book it was a book i couldn t put down the adventures as well as the challenges derek and jordan faced were explosive and the understanding of the other once the dust settled was magical

A slayer and a vampire. The two just don't mix unless one of them is dead. Forced to work together for one common goal....awkward? Yes. Tense? Yes. Hot? Very! Not quite Buffy and Angel but a pretty close 2nd!!

This is my favorite of the series. I can't wait for the next!!

It's crazy that the same person that he worked 4 yrs now 2 find answers turned on him 4 no reason and he saved their asses and brought money in 4 them. Wtf!! That entity killed a young and the queen bitch will get etc she deserves hopefully cause the truth will sum out about her betrayal 2 everyone. Even though she's a slayer she realized the truth and it expanded her way of life 4 the better.
