I wrote a chapter in this book on Mission Command in policing. The other authors are from the military and their insights on how Mission command influences faster and more fluid OODA Loops and sound courses of action that impact the moral, mental and physical dimensions of conflict are profound. Take a look at this book and please offer your feedback!
