It's getting better than the last issue, but still not something to like, it's just ok to read with a dull plot that's mediocre at best.

3/5 Stars - "High Tension"

Seem to be stuck between a 2.5 and a 3 with this issue, so I'm rounding up. Parts of it bored me, others I was pretty engaged in although the storyline is pretty boring and mediocre at best.
I also usually love the Punisher, but I've hated him in the last two issues.
