This author needs a break....and a reality check.
I think this author is beginning to be a little unrealistic. We all know couples that are interracial whether it be a black and white or black and Hispanic couple or black with any other race. We all know what their children look like either they are light skinned or they come out brown or darker. But to write that a dark skinned woman had a white child with blonde hair really oh let's just leave their other heritage out. I feel like the author doesn't know what she wants anymore. Every book after book five has gotten worse whether it is a black woman describing herself as dark chocolate with natural hair but later in the book she is described as having pale skin or features that African Americans don't have. The only thing believable about the child was the green eyes. Katie Dowe should have stopped this series on book 5. If you are going to write about black women for a living please have them be black throughout the whole story. Then when or if they have children be true not just be white children with only the nose of their black mother. Its frustrating. Im not sure about this author anymore.

What a twist
Wow this was a little different, the heroine had worked hard and made her own way in the world. After losing her mother when she was young and dealing with physical and emotional abuse from her father. It was a wonder she made it. But she did. She had her own money. She had restaurants all over the world so she didn't need the hero's money. There was one think she did want. She was kind of cold in the way she went about getting it. Very Very Good. The bonus book was FANTASTIC. The father was cold and heartless, run his home like he ran his company. What I say go. You marry who I tell you to marry or I will disown you. Everything with him was business. He arranged a marriage for his son, but his son Peter feel in love with a free spirited African American woman, not the cold Japanese woman he had chosen for him. If you want to see how this end click purchase you won't be disappointed. 😉😉😉😉

Love Is Grand
Well, I borrowed the title from Kelsey herself, and she is right. True love is definitely grand, and have the power to change hearts and minds, not to mention healing.
Kelsey was a tough nut to crack, and beautiful, strong, intelligent and determined… I can’t believe the way she went about the baby ! lol. Girl, I admire your grits, I guess you wouldn’t be were you are if you weren’t so «‘tough ‘. Nicholas thought he had the upper hand, but he learned the hard way.
I loved the Peterson family, Graham was getting on my nerves, but he eventually came around.
Kelsey’s father I kind feel sorry for him, but I understand why it is so hard for Kelsey to forgive, and I applaud her for still giving him the best care.
Ps. what happened to Kim? You didn’t follow through with her ???? Kim is Brady Benjamin ‘s sister ? right ?
Anyway, we, the readers would like some enlightenment… in the future.

👍 For both stories...
The leading ladies in both stories...Kelsey & Kimberly had emotional hang-ups that had to be overcome. Yes both stories had the couple's rocking & knocking boots way too soon...But if you push past that I promise you that there are real stories worth the effort. You go from surviving and persevering over child abuse to breaking the chains of tradition and duty when they clash harshly with one's heart and spirit. There are some editing errors but not an abundance and I enjoyed the growth of Kimberly, Kelsey, Nicholas and Peter as individuals and couples. Well done!

I Loved this book!!!
I loved this story as well as the ones before it that I have read in this series. It was so different to see how even though Nicholas was playboy he didn't like it when he felt that he was being used when Kelsey because she wanted a child. It was wrong how her father treated her after her mother died in childbirth with her baby brother. I'm happy when she finally fell in love with him because he was so much love with her that he was willing to take on all things keepinh them aprt even Kelsey herself because she was scared. It was wrong how Graham Junior treated his brother,Kelsey amd his wife because he was jealous.

A Surprisingly Good Read!
This is the first novel I’ve read by Ms. Katie Dowe. I was drawn to this novel because it was a BWWM where the h was a self-made Billionaire; in my experience, a unique twist in the Genre! It was kind of boring in the beginning. I wasn’t feeling any passion between the H and h, nor did the pair seem to be a couple that would reach a HEA (he was a bit of a slime ball). As the story developed, and Nicholas came into his own, a plot twist provided a passionate burst that caught my attention. Now where was this novel going to go, I thought to myself? I became invested and excited to continue to read to the end. I’ll definitely read more of Ms. Dowe’s novels!

Really enjoyed both stories.
Nicholas had good patience dealing with Kelsey fears and attitude towards long term love interest. The second one story was good read also i like both of these characters. Peter and Kimberly had a fast relationship but they endured thru every
situation. You think after so many books being written by these authors there wouldn't be many spelling and typing errors. You are sadly mistaken.

Nice Read!
I enjoyed reading this book! I didn't like how Kelsy was treated by her father, but I liked how it made her a stronger and driven person! She vowed at an early age that she would be rich when she got older and she did! Then came Nicholas! I enjoyed the chemistry between the two! How they both thought 1 time with each other and that will be enough! NOT!!! I think everyone who reads this book will enjoy it! Definitely gonna recommend to others!

Great again
Enjoyed this story as well I really liked Nicholas he really surprised me and turned out to be a great guy his family was pretty cool but I couldn't stand his oldest brother made me wanted to smack him which he got eventually anyways lol!

I loved the way that Nicholas was able to break through Kelsey's issues. He proved that love can overcome even the most difficult person and make them stronger, not weaker!! Reading about their love was like watching a movie!!! Gotta love the members of this billionaire club!!!

Nicholas was and awesome read I fell in love with the Nicholas and how Kelsey was a strong black woman billionaire with an understanding man who loved her.
The bonus book was one of the best written BWAM books I have read. Awesome!

Love heals in many ways
I truly enjoyed "Nicholas". His dedication to loving Kelsey and helping trying to help her learn to feel loved after all the mental and physical abuse by her father touches the heart. Even though Kelsey was kind of cold and unfeeling when dealing with Nicholas, her abuse makes it understandable. A successful business woman doing her thing is great to see and that made the relationship between them more significant because it wasn't based on money. And I love that she has friends who are willing to have your back yet will tell you when your being a butt.
I love the way the other characters from this Members From Money series flows into each story. The Elite Club and the wives are awesome. I look forward to each new book. Mrs. Dowe thank you for helping to make my "stay at home" during this COVID-19 crisis a little less stressful with each new book I get to read and enjoy.

Nicholas. I am amazed by the author coming up with another great book for this series. Coming up with a storyline that is different but connected to the series is a hard job,but Katie has done it. I like that the woman, Kelsey was independent and strong and fought for what she had. She didn't need Nicholas' money. Their relationship had nothing to do with money. Nicholas realized Kelsey needed love and time. The story was exciting and romantic. The story was complete and tackled all elements. How Kelsey grew up and made her millions, how Nicholas met her and changed his life to keep her in his life, and meeting his family and learning all about them. I also loved how you keep all the characters from the series showing up in each book and being a part of the story. It was a good read! *** I voluntarily read a Review Copy of this book.
