A conspiracy to control the world, astral projection and other paranormal powers, and a group of seemingly "normal" people fight to save humanity. A fascinating story.

I liked this even better than the first book in the series. Every character gets their own subplot, relationships deepen and the author takes you on a world tour to some amazing sites straight out of myth and legend. There's something for everyone in here, whether you like paranormal magic, alien sci-fi, military action or the gods of old. There was even some romance, which always makes this sappy reader happy. The cast, as in book one, is diverse, with multiple nationalities, ethnicities and sexualities included without any fuss. This would make a great TV show someday, like xfiles meets hawaii 5-0 meets headhunters. Highly recommend!

Phenomenal follow-up to Song Walker. So much action and good feels it left me breathless. Couldn't put it down!
