Arnie and Jodie are a married couple, Jodie is several years younger which often leads to them being mistaken for brother and sister. It gets a bit tedious explaining, so sometimes they let it ride and let people carry on thinking it.
That is how Arnie’s new boss (Murray) ends up taking Jodie out on a date. Murray promises to take care of Jodie, he does not lay a hand on her. Murray does not like deceit so the married couple have to play along. When Jodie comes home from her dates the married couple have great sex. All goes well until Murray works out their little deception, Arnie hangs on to his job by the skin of his teeth. Arnie in particular misses Jodie’s dates so they agree to look for someone else.
Once the plot has been outlined the book follows a similar pattern to many hotwife stories. The husband is keen, the wife is initially reluctant, but gradually comes round. The story was set out in short chapters which made it an ideal read for those who can only snatch a few minutes at a time to read.
Laran Mithras is a good story teller and writes engaging tales about interesting people, there was even an interesting twist towards the end, which worked quite well.
