Re-read prior to reading book 9. Lowered rating from 4 to 3.5 stars.
I've followed this series and have read all of the books so far. The characters are likable and the story line hooked me. To me, it was kind of like reading some SOA stories. There's little to no sex scenes and the romance aspect is more devoted to describing the strong relationships between the women and men of this club. There's a lot of action and suspense as well as a lot of violence and grit. The Lost Souls don't mind making their enemies suffer and the descriptions are graphic. Each book is about a new couple and each book ends with a HFN or satisfactory ending for that couple but the epilogues always set up the scene for the next book in the series. Each book also has updates on all of the characters from the previous books. Some of the books are better than others but as a whole I have enjoyed the series and will be reading the next one in the series.

Still enthralled
So many twists and the river of blood run overeth!! That's how feel right now with this series. So much happening. Justice for Oak was all that mattered. Onto the conclusion of this brilliantly written series.

Nothing but good things to say about this author. Another great book to the Lost Souls series. I hate cliffhangers because you want the next book now, so the epilogue cliffhanger is just WOW. UMMMM.....what the heck! I want the next book NOW!

Wow once again! We come to the supposed conclusion of the retaliation for Oak but somehow I don't think its quite over - only time will tell. This story was filled with a lot of violence, blood shed, loss, closure and surprises. I think I've become immune to the violence after reading so many books like this but not completely, it still made my stomach turn a little with the descriptives - so if you don't have a stomach for violence this isn't a book for you - fair warning!! I understand the meaning behind the brotherhood and the need for retaliation but when there is collateral damage its hard. I knew who the woman was when she first showed up at Cas's door and with that ending it is sure to get very interesting indeed!

This killed me
I really didn't think that this series could make me cry anymore than I already have or just flat out devastate me and truly leave a mark on my soul. But this book really went to the deepest depths I've read in a very long time and again I am terrified to see where it's gonna go . I am hoping for happiness and love in the last one because my goodness I don't think my heart can take anymore . Absolutely amazing writing wonderful series so happy I found this author!

Wowwzer
It's a heavy book as in violent , well it is a war, they have tracked down the enemy , they are dealing with said enemy, there's loss, heart ache and in the end there's a WTF who you say. Oh let's not forget Pope he's my favorite, love that line i highlighted. It's somes him up perfectly.

Well worth the wait!!
I really liked this book and I hope there are many more to follow. It did feel like i waited a long time for it, but I think that was just me being impatient.
I would definitely recommend these to my friends.

I love the Lost Souls! They are loyal, violent, and a little crazy.
This is one that really keeps you on your toes. I was constantly trying to guess what would happen next. I usually like a little more sex in my books but the story is so interesting that I didn't miss it at all.

Wow what a great book. Just when you think everything is worked out and things will calm down everything goes down the tubes and it all crashes down around them. Highly recommend reading. Great ending. Now on to the next book.

I am not sure how I feel about this book. I love the characters so much but this book was just so HARD!!!! I had to skip the violence, the normal stuff I can take ,but the other is a no. I will keep reading though. My love for a good book over rules the other...❤

This story is worth the read
Though there are several errors this story kept me wanting more! The ending actually shocked me! I love it showed Popes funny and caring side too!

What can I say Ellie r hunter you amaze me your story's just keep getting better.
With the club still dealing with the loss of oak they all band together for retaliation against Danny,
Can the club heal and come together when all is said and done they have only got themselves to relay on once a brother always a brother which means family
