The Ugliness
We've all experienced the ugliness at some point in our lives. If we haven't experienced extreme ugliness in person, we've read or heard about the mayhem through others. In this book, a small family is faced with intense upheaval and change soon after a new child is born—chaos ranging from nightmares to misery and misfortune, bribery, arson, and murder. Chloe Apple meets a friend, Rebecca, who will stand by her and soon finds out her new friend will do just about anything for her. Her children are forced to live with unscrupulous grandparents as Chloe goes rogue in an attempt to calm her mind. There's a lot more to Chloe's friend than can be known from a casual acquaintance. This young minx, Rebecca, possesses skills that not only make her unique but dangerous. All of this makes for an interesting tale, but the biggest question concerns little Barry Can one bad Apple spoil the bunch?
