I was given a free copy of this book from NetGalley for an unbiased review. When I requested to review this book, I didn't realize that it was meant to be a guide for men only to disciple men, which leaves me, as a woman, in a difficult spot to offer an unbiased view.
That being said, each section of the book was laid out in a completely logical format that did offer great suggestions. The chosen authors felt passionately about their topics, and laid it out in concise, easy to follow steps. I would definitely buy this book for a man in my church life who was looking to help disciple others.
Many good ideas for ministry to men from people with a lot of experience. However, at times I felt that some of the ideas for various programs were adopting marketing ideas from the secular world instead of from the Word of God. So in the end I just had to glean or sort through all the stories and testimonies to focus on the best ones.
