Somehow I missed the boat to the start of this party by A.C. Jade, and unfortunately, it really made a difference. See, I was confused for a good portion of the book, so I didn't quite get immersed as I normally would, so I will have to tell people to read book 1 first, otherwise you will be like me, who missed the awesome boat. Anyway, the good news is that A.C. Jade has such a talented writing style, that I still got into the story by the halfway point, and then I couldn't turn the pages quickly enough. Jasmine and Nigel has such potent chemistry, that the sparks shot out of my kindle, and when those sparks ignited? FIERY FLAMES of sexy times the will ruin panties everywhere. The journey of love that they embarked on, was perfect, and again, I wish I had read the first book previously, because I can only imagine that it would have really hit me in the feels. And that's not to say that I didn't have the feels anyway, because the strength & fight of these two was tremendous. I laughed, had some eye leakage, and frankly, just fell hard for them. And please remember, that my rating came because of my lateness, and not anything the author did, as I didn't realize that there was a first book until I started to type up this review. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

So while this book was good and the sex scenes were out of this world HOT! I think Nigel might have been a bit to much for me. Yes he is controlling and knows exactly what he wants but I think at times, he goes a bit to far with it. He wants to be control of all the decisions but like Jasmine says, I think it is between the both of them, a partnership. It doesn't happen that way... He loves hard and does things to make her happy but she really has no say whatsoever. I think that's what thru me off a bit with Nigel. He's just to much for me. It works for Jasmine though. I was kinda mad she thru away the one thing she loved for him. I couldn't believe it when I read it. It was crazy! This book takes place right after the first one ended with them going all over the place, so I'd encourage you to read book 1 before this one. Helps you know who everyone is, where they've been and all that they've had to endure. This was a great way to tell Nigel and Jasmine's love story. I really did enjoy this book even if certain things they did, rubbed me the wrong way. Jasmine's love for her country is definitely shown and compassion for children is incredible. She loves hard and it shows.

I was happy to read more about Jasmine in this book. She went through a lot in the first book and I wondered where her story was going to go. There were a lot of passionate times between Nigel and Jasmine. Honestly, it may have been too much, once Nigel's secret was revealed, but if you consider where the couple are at in their relationship, then maybe not. But as I was reading, I think I had believe more time had gone by then actually had really past. Everything was fast moving. I'm not sure how I felt about Nigel. He seemed too controlling to be with a woman who liked to make her own decisions. I liked that each book started in a different country. I liked the infusion of the different cultures.

OK seriously, I am so devastated; I am finished with this book and I did not want it to end. I was so in love with the first book and this one far overpassed that one even. The chemistry between Jasmine and Nigel was so mesmerizing and scorching hot, I wanted to be her. Their story continues from the first book and blossoms like a beautiful Flower; they are the true meaning of emotion and fight. Fighting for each other and fighting for those around them. This story made me laugh, made me cry, and made me seriously HOT!!! The way the author uses words to build up the tension and to describe their relationship was awesome. Thank you for letting me read this and write a honest review.

This is not a standalone book there is a book before this one called The Foreigner by AC Jade.  This book picks up right where the first one left off.  You get to read the continuation of Jasmine’s story and see how her life unfolds in going back to her homeland. .

Although this author’s first language is not English the story is very well written and translated with only a few issues with grammar. I didn’t want this story to end and I hope with Nigel having 7 brothers that this author will tell each one of their stories and how they all interact with one another.

This is book 2 of the series it would be more helpful for you to have read the first one first to fully understand the start of this one. I did not enjoy this one as much as the first and found Nigel to be too dominating and the flow of the start just didn't hook me a much as book 1 did. They are both keeping secrets from each other and will these secrets drive them apart. I received a copy of this books for my voluntary and honest review. If you like your read hot and spicy this one you will enjoy.

The story line in this book could have been great since it was the follow up to The Foreigner. I spent some parts of the book confused and felt like I had perhaps missed something. That being said the story line was good, Jasmine was trying to put her life back on track after loosing Steven. Nigel was a man that had to have total control.
It felt to me like the story jumped around and that was why I had to do some rereading. I liked the book, but didn't love it.

This book leaves of from the first book, The Foreigner. We just meet Nigel when he came to let Jasmine know Steven has passed in an accident. This book takes you on a steamy road of getting to know each other. Nigel is Stevens twin brother and Jasmine catching herself remembering him when she looks at Nigel. This book is steamy so be ready. Take an adventure with these two and see where it takes you.

This is the second book in the series. I really liked the first book. But I found book 2 wasn't as exciting for me. It was wordy and I found myself losing interest. I was really excited to read about Nigel and Jasmine. It took me quite some time to actually finish this book. I really wish I had a better review to write. This just wasn't the book for me.

This book helped explain some of the first book. I so enjoyed the story. The characters had a hard road to go down with many bumps but seemed to really love each other through it all. This book is very steamy more than the first book. I love the way the author told her story and how she made you feel part of the book.

So Jasmine and Nagel are back. Nagel is still a dominant man who knows what he wants. He wants Jasmine to be his wife. Her mind is taken over with just Nagel and her need for pleasure from him. There’s some drama that happens in the book with an unknown someone that Jasmine needs to see what she wants. Truth is she doesn’t really think about it just does it and deals. Great book.

Book two in this series picks up at the point book one stops, smoothly transitioning into this smoking hot road-is-very-bumpy book. AC Jade first language isn't English, but you will not notice. Well crafted, sweet heat of a book. Recommended!

This was a good follow up to the first book. There were some parts that I really liked and wished there was more but all in all a good read.

Even better than the first one but it's those books that one completes the other. Nigel and Jasmine blew my heart
