Luke and Emma need each other, but not for a clandestine rendezvous like they have in the past. No, Emma needs an experienced business partner to help launch her new product line, and—thanks to a recent personal scandal—Luke is the only one who will take her calls. All she has to do is convince this CEO to abandon his post and move to the small mountain town of Blueberry Springs.
Luke knows Emma’s plan is perfect—as long as she agrees to marry him. Not only will their professional partnership earn his company some much-needed positive publicity, but most importantly, their marriage will help him fulfill his grandparents’ last wishes so he can protect their legacy from being squandered by the next in line.
They've promised their past mistakes won't impact their secret wedding plan.
They’ve promised not to kiss…not to fall in love.
The problem is, both Luke and Emma harbor enough secrets to destroy even the best laid wedding plans. Will these two lose everything when the truth rises to the surface? Or will they overcome their past so they can claim their future?

My kind of book (It's a romance, I cannot really fault the genre unless someone really, badly effs something up) through and through. It's just nice to at least read about two people who seem like the unlikeliest match complement each other so very well.
This book is about Emma Carrington, an ex model who is starting her own natural product line. But she does not have the business know how to launch her new product range and asks her friend, Luke Cohen, her sister Olivia's ex-boyfriend for his assistance. Luke is CEO of his family's skin care company and has a lot of expertise which she needs and they decide to partner up.
They have grown up together and Emma has always liked Luke but stepped aside because Olivia wanted him. Things have changed now as Olivia has married someone else and Luke also needs to marry in order to inherit his grandparents's inheritance.
They decide to fake marry with intentions to divorce after four months and they move to the small mountain town of Blueberry Hills where the natural plant extracts ingredients that they use in their creams are cultivated. They stay in a tiny one bedroom cabin as there are no other properties available for them to rent.
There were a lot of auxiliary characters and busy bodies and both main characters were likeable. Though Luke was a bit conceited and arrogant initially, his character improved the more he dealt with the local townspeople. Emma was a strong character who was also a cancer survivor and she was an admirable character. This was a nice, clean read.
But I just can't give it a 5. I could write all sorts of wonderful things about the characters, the story, the editing, the setting, etc as all of that was great. But I personally believe this book, even though clean, had way too much sexual talk for me.
Marriage to save an inheritance and a business. Blackmail, sexy photos, payoffs, and learning what’s really important. Blueberry Springs gains three new citizens.
In this book it seems that secrets are not so secret after all and that brings problems for Emma & Luke. Can they sort it all out and get their business going.
I loved finally getting to know the 'real' Emma and Luke. We have met them both previously in the series, and honestly neither came across well. But here in a cottage in the middle of nowhere we get to peek behind the masks they show the outside world....and WOW was it worth the wait. The heat between Emma and Luke is almost palpable, even through the pages of a book!
When they are together, it's as if there is just the two of them, in their own little bubble....even when they are out in public. The steamy looks, the sparks, they all become harder and harder to disguise and keep from everyone else.
Emma has had a tough 18 months, and although she is no longer fighting for her life, she isnow fighting for her future and the woman she wants to be. Can she get everything she wants or whilst becoming the woman she wants, will she lose the husband she loves? Yes, she knows love wasn't part of the plan.....she knows she is likely to end up heartbroken......but it is completely out of her control! Luke has spent almost his whole life working to become a better man than his dad, but when his whole world is turned upside down and everything he thought he knew is proven wrong will he turn to the one person who can help him? The one person who won't judge him and will love and support him through this.....or will he turn and run - trying once again to protect those he loves? Will they both succeed and find a future together against all odds? Or will they both end up shattered, heart broken and with no future?
I absolutely loved The Wedding Plan. It has drama, humor, and romance. When Emma and Luke agree to a business arrangement marriage, you know sparks are going to fly since they have already spent a couple of scorching hot nights together through the years.
When Luke was introduced earlier in the series, I thought he was a loser. I couldn't find one redeeming quality. Well, now that he is no longer following in his dad's footsteps, his true personality shines through. He has to learn how to relate to people on a personal level but he is sweet, funny, caring, very protective o Emma, romantic, and dedicated to helping Emma succeed.
Emma also gets a chance to shine in this story. She had come across as a pampered princess with a limited IQ. She is neither of those things. She has grit and determination, intelligence, compassion, a sense of humor, and knows how to relate to people.
I do wish their father's had suffered more severe consequences for all they had done. They were reprehensible. That is just my opinion and doesn't detract from the story.
If you love sweet romances with lovable characters that are well-written and hold your attention from page one, look no further. I highly recommend The Wedding Plan. I recommend the entire Veils and Vows series.

This is Emma and Lukes story. Emma has loved Luke since a teenager, but both their patents had thought that Emma's sister, Olivia, and Luke would make the perfect couple to enhance both their companies, so Emma had stepped aside. As we know, Olivia married her love of her life, leaving Luke a single man. Emma is now in charge of the new libe that Olivia had 1st started and the only one who believes in her, is Luke. They have a srcret...not so secret marriage, to help Luke get his inheritance, and to help launch All You. Can these two overcome the challenges that come at them, and be honest about their feelings for eachother, will they find their hea, or will they divorce after the 4 months they agreed to be married??
This was a HEA story I didn't expect when we met Luke and Emma before. I didn't care for Luke previously but his true character shines through with Emma. Emma was the same she proved to be much more than a spoiled beauty queen. They both wanted to prove themselves their families and themselves. The only problem is with a past you can never enter into this without losing your heart. This story has laughs, tears, and lots of love. I'm a big fan of the Blueberry Springs Series and this new series is a perfect addition to it.
Oh my, such character growth in this one! I think she was being held back––thought “the pretty one” and not really taken seriously. Here she gets the chance to shine and WOW! He's the savvy businessman. If not for his wealth and family connections he'd never be considered a great catch.
They both have secrets––as a couple, of their own, and about their family. And there are threats to their secrets and their new hometown. How these two handle them makes for a great story!
It is Emma and Luke's story. They were married in secret and the plan was to be married for only a month and then divorce. This was done to get an inheritance.
Through the ups and downs, laughter and tears..... they finally realized they loved each other. But it took a lot of twits to get to the end.
Luke and Emma's partnership is complicated by feelings neither of them wants to admit, but Blueberry Springs has a way of bringing out the best in people. This story has drama, humour, great characters, romance and more. This is a great series.
I loved getting Emma and Luke's story. I loved their personalities and finding their inner selves away from the spotlights. I liked the emphasees on beauty, etc. and the nuggets of wisdom offered there.
