Excellent for new host

We are new to hosting, so this book gave great insight. Finished it in a few hours. Although it focuses on hosting a room, and we are hosting an entire home, there were many good tips, suggestions, and insight for us. I especially appreciated the template and communication wording David uses with his guests. We feel we are better prepared to host or first guest and have no doubt we will achieve Superhost status quickly!
