Everett and Courtney Carroll have endured to the midpoint of the Great Tribulation. The previous Seal and Trumpet Judgments have left the planet in shambles, and the western hemisphere is nearly uninhabitable. Elijah the prophet gives Everett a special mission which will give him a unique role in fulfilling end-times prophecy, but he’ll have to survive the coming cataclysms first. Angelo Luz breaks the treaty he made with the nations declaring himself to be God, a plague of stinging locusts rises up from the smoke of the bottomless pit, and a 200-million-man army of radical jihadists wages a holy war against humanity itself! Everett and Courtney’s trials and tribulations so far have been a walk in the park compared to what’s coming. Don’t miss this edge-of-your-seat epic thrill ride that promises to make your heart race and your hair stand on end!
Mark Goodwin is a Christian author and host of the popular Prepper Recon Podcast which interviews patriots, preppers and economists to help people prepare for the uncertain times ahead. His previous fiction series, The Days of Noah spent several months at number one on the Amazon best-sellers list in multiple categories. His first series, The Economic Collapse Chronicles, also hit the Amazon best-sellers list in several categories.
Everett and crew emerge from their shelter in the cave after the fall of Wormwood and the arsenic dust contaminating the air and ground. I won't give it away, but crazy stuff happens and the group becomes smaller before they meet a new friend on the opposite side of the world. Their journey to get there is something new in the Goodwin books. As if basically hijacking a container ship to reach the Med wasn't enough, the comet Apollyon strikes a couple hundred miles ahead of them, making their voyage a tsunami wave riding roller coaster. Things only seem to further heat up after that as the remaining group make their way to Elijah and Noah in Jerusalem.
Goodwin throws in some very interesting knowledge for the reader, as he tends to do. With his style of fiction wrapped around fact, he breaks down the transhumanist ideology and the real-life goals of technocrats to create an omnipresent A.I. and merge consciousness with its system, forever becoming immortal. Only, in this case, it is the antichrist who merges his "mind" with the Dragon machine after merging the world's religions and supplanting himself as the true God.
I have devoured everyone of Mark Goodwin's books as soon as they are released. Not only are they immensely entertaining they also educate people on the Bible. No one knows when the will come but it does help to have some idea of what is in stors
This series is the best so far! I e read 3 of Mr Goodwin’s series and they are incredible. If his books don’t renew your faith and fan the flame of Jesus then you are doomed! His books are powerful, scary and uplifting. He has made me laugh and cry but he has also made my heart swell even more for my Messiah Yeshua HaMashiach! When you are feeling like GOD isn’t listening to you or you are just in a blah state of not feeling the closeness of our Lord, just read the Holy Word for awhile and then pick up one of Mr Goodwin’s book series and those goose bumps from when you were a new Christian on the mountain top come back and your soul is full of joy again like those days when you were first saved! Thank you so much for your writings. I plan on reading every series you’ve written. May our El Shaddai continue to bless you. 🙏🏽✝️❤️ Also thank you for not disrespecting our GOD by calling him “daddy” as one Christian writer did in her book series. I will not read her other books. GOD is our creator, our Father, not our daddy! ABBA is more intimate and means Father I will obey you, it doesn’t mean daddy or dad.
Book 3 of the Elijah series. This book is the continuing story of a now small cast of characters. If you read the first two books of this series, it's just more of the same. The author also makes a very bold prediction in which I will not divulge but he did put it in writing!
This work was very well edited, I did see one misspelled word though. The book is fiction based on parts of the Bible, and the cast of characters are placed in situations I have never thought about before. I don't know the thought process of the author so I can't say this was the work of genius or work from drug induced dreams, but parts of it are thought provocative.
I would tell everyone to read the first two books just so you can enjoy this book. To be fare, you should read the Days of Noah series first as this series builds off them.
Wow, this is definitely the most action-packed book in this entire epic saga, Days of Noah trilogy included.
I loved how Everet and co essentially hijacked a ship as their own, and the efficiency with which they carried it out was just brilliant. Everett also had the best lines during these scenes, enhanced by Kevin Pierces delivery (if you listen to the audio version).
Obviously pick this one up if you’ve enjoyed the saga so far, the plot and characters kind of demand it.
The final book from The Days of Elijah was absolutely spellbinding. I kept finding my hands gripping my tablet and my thoughts pleading with the book’s characters to take action: RUN! Don’t go over THERE! ACCEPT Jesus, Dum-dum! and so forth. I enjoyed Mark Godwin’s descriptions of the Last Days and I felt hope, thanksgiving, and praise at the end of his story. I get really excited reading Mr. Godwin’s version of the possible little stories inside the Big Story of Earth’s final days.
I have been re-reading the Book of Revelation along with the series, "The Days of Elijah". Mark Goodwin combines the truth of the Bible, especially the Book of Revelation, with a vivid "reality" that should encourage EVERY unbeliever to want to repent of their sins, ask Jesus' forgiveness, and invite Him into their heart to be their Lord and Savior! As a believer, this series has helped me to rejoice in my Salvation and give thanks to God for the amazing Grace and Mercy He has shown to me and all who come to Him. AMEN!
The second prophet arrives and our group make their way West to sabotage the global republic so that the prophets can fly out to Jerusalem. God isn't done with the cave dwellers and they have to make their way as well. The locusts afflict many, the anti-christ fulfills prophecy, the jews and muslims are getting saved and Our group continue fighting as they help lead many.
A very good read.......this series of books gives one a glimpse of horrors of being left here on earth after the rapture. I have read the Left Behind Series but this series has captured my interest more because I know the areas described; have visited in them. Highly recommend this author and this series.
As soon as I got the email I went to Amazon to get this great read. Almost read the whole book in one day, had to make myself put it down to go to sleep. So looking forward to the next installment.
Very fast paced with very accurate BIBLE verses and lessons. I enjoyed reading reading this book and h ad a hard time putting the series down. I am ready to read more the next one.
For anyone who does not believe that Jesus/Yeshua is Messiah, read the gospel of John. This fictional account of the great tribulation tells of what happens to those who refuse to accept the Messiah.
I have thoroughly enjoyed this series as well as The Last Days of Noah series. The information given throughout in reference to survival preparedness is priceless. Thank you Mark Goodwin very very good reading.
This is yet again a great piece of writing. It keeps you interested in the story throughout without the use of sex or swearing. I love reading and listening to these series.
I really enjoyed the series till the end. This one just kind of became a lot of battle scenes which I thought were not very Christian. What's the point? There was a few good moments not enough to make me really enjoy the book.
This series is both frightening and Biblical, I cannot recommend this series enough. Some might take it as pure fiction, which is thier right. I love the characters and the true timeline. I WILL BE READING MORE FROM THIS AUTHOR
I loved this one and every one of them, I loved the characters. This is a very exciting book, fiction but in some ways non fiction, loved it, didn't want the series to end!
How exciting to be reminded of what’s to come. So well researched and well written. I wasn’t ready for this book to be over and look forward to the last book.
