I recently finished Forever: A Catholic Devotional for Your Marriage with my husband, and it was an excellent devotional experience for us as a couple.
What I appreciated most was how beautifully it breaks down St. John Paul II’s “Theology of the Body” in a way that is actually understandable and applicable to everyday married life. It never felt overly academic, yet it still held depth and truth.
This book didn’t just give us answers, it stirred up the right kind of questions. The kind that send you back to Scripture, into deeper conversation, and even to your priest for guidance and wisdom.
If you’re looking for a devotional that strengthens your marriage while also deepening your understanding of the Church’s teaching on love and the human person, this is absolutely worth your time. I’d also highly recommend this for anyone prayerfully discerning marriage. You don’t have to be married to begin preparing your heart for the sacrament.

My husband and I just finished reading and praying with this together. It is good whether you're in a relationship or not. If you're not in a relationship this book will still provide education on theology of the body and important concepts and guidance for living out a Catholic marriage. It can be blunt at times about the body and what it means to love freely, however it is necessary to be clear on what that means.

What a great devotional! My wife and I would read every night before bed. The daily devotionals were a great way to reflect and brought us even closer together. The daily challenges offered were fun and really engaged us. God bless Jackie and Bobby!
