Thought provoking series
Story of second chances at love and also the love of Jesus. Three characters, all taking different roads away from home and God. Three characters finding the way back.

JENNA. & TREY
Jenna disappeared, now returning to Cathedral Hill, her father estates to settle would even old friends, want her back, Graduating from the rehab facility, after 6 years, it was time to face the past. She does well to deal with people and issues by phone or mail, wondering how she could ever be able to do it in person, she wanted to complete it, and move on to a new place.
Trey who helped her in the past when she needed one. He was the bank manager she was to see about her father’s house. Was this a step forward, is what he saying true that he and friends tried to contact her. A good Christian story to read, of letting go of past mistakes and building a future.
MICHELLE. & TYLER
Michelle and Tyler a love when young, careers chosen, separated them. Tyler wanted the rodeo circuit and bull riding. For her Wyoming and college.
Both suffered in seeing a terrible loss of a life, made them question the career they had chosen. New plans for the ranch, Michelle wants a horse therapy for disabilities and young kids. Tyler was taking over the riding events for Camp Red Bird. New life together with careers together s

Brooke in high school got a modeling contract and tickets to California
The pace was fast, and more contracts,along with sleeping aids. The pay was good, but what she was having to model was skippy, and now too revealing, she trusted her agent. Now the paper she is holding was the last straw, she needed help and fast. A cell phone was left she uses and when Peter gets the message, he goes after her.Taking some maneuvering and without understanding she wants to leave right then. Her life hasn’t been her own, what he has planned is wrong, Peter is her only hope. He has waited for her to come home, with promises of a future together will there be. A good tense plot, and the three in the series go together.

A nice way to spend the day
I enjoyed these stories about good friends and rough times. The romances between each couple that went back years, but were interrupted as each of them grew into adulthood and wandered from their faith. But in the end, everyone made it home again, this time with intentions to find a way to help others avoid the traumas they themselves had experienced. It was wonderful to see how God brought them all back together in such a special way.
I marked down an extra star because there were so many errors. Typos abounded, misspelled words, just poor editing to the point it was distracting. The other part was the inconsistencies between the books. Places where the stories in one book did not match in another book- one example was where one place said Brooke went straight from high school to New York to audition, but in another she went to California for several years before going to NY. Nothing terrible, just distractions.
These books were fairly quick reading, and I enjoyed my rainy day holed up with a good story to read. It was a very sweet story.

Such an amazing author
I am so glad I found Morris Fenris. His books are the fiction I've longed for in reality! These novellas are no exception. Although Missy, Michelle, Jenna, Brooke, Tyler, Trey, and Peter had obstacles to overcome, God's grace and mercy saw them through. He brought them to His perfect plan for their lives. You feel like the characters are friends you can call or text on the phone. I recommend these novellas wholeheartedly!

Highly recommended read
Three enjoyable stories beautifully written with a strong belief in God to strengthen one's faith. Characters are so likeable and the dramas unfolding to keep the readers interested. I really enjoyed the wholesome clean read.

Christian values and romance
