At the end of this heroic mission, 330,000 French, British, Belgian and Dutch soldiers were safely evacuated.

Well written quick read. Covers the lead up to the invasion of France and the 1940 evacuation of Dunkirk. Containing a number of stories and eyewitness accounts, the book brings part of the battle to life - and places context around the importance of the battle of Dunkirk. Good read.
