I give solid four stars to this book, simply because this is one of the few examples of a good running book written by a woman for women. I've read so many books on running and many of them are written by male authors and it is nearly impossible for a man to tell all these different aspects of running for women starting from clothing to physical differences to security concerns etc. Not only that, it is a joy to learn that the writer of the book is, at the same time, the founder of a running movement for mums in UK; such a delight. Last but not least, this is a technical book, mainly for beginners, yet this book covers many aspects of running in detail without boring the reader. I'd recommend it easily to women runners everywhere.
