There are a few good points to remember when drafting several SOPs, like categorizing them, planning the SOP writing process, testing the SOP effectiveness, and regularly monitoring employee performance against the SOPs to ensure they are still effective.

A quick read about the importance of SOP and SOG. Hardly anything new in this book, but could be a good reference fir SOP handbook for beginner
