The Final Fall by Alexa Riley

The story was short but it was so good! I loved it!
The story is about Viktor and London.
He's a hitman. One of the best. Over the last year, he watched her every day but didn't make a move. She's the preacher's daughter. He thought he can't have her and that he's not good enough of her.
She got tired of waiting and planned to hide. He asked for Saint's help to locate her thinking an enemy took her and will use her against him.
It was fun to read their story. I'm glad I've read the series after this story came out or else I'll go crazy waiting for Viktor's story.
The epilogue was okay and I want more. Can't get enough of them.

**Disclaimer: If you've read Taking the Fall as well as the bonus story attached to it, and you really should, then you'll recognize Viktor...this is his story. Saint, from said title also makes an appearance here.
London is waiting, though not so patiently, for the man that became a part of her life a year ago. They noticed one another from a distance and he's been watching her since, and yet, now, she hasn't seen him in three days. This preacher's daughter craves the bad in a man she's never met. London knows she needs to get away from her dad, he's only getting worse, and so she's making plans. But where is her mystery man, and who is he?
Viktor, a man who has always controlled his emotions, panics once he can't find London. Add in that he just dealt with someone that hurts women who look like his London, and all rational thought was rapidly fading. He knew she was his from the second he saw her, but believes he's unworthy of her. She's perfect, and he's not. Innocent, and he's not. An angel come to heaven, and he's definitely not. I had so much reading all these different books together: there were some that I had loved, and others not so much- but generally was a cool experience, as there were some stories that if not for this collection, I wouldn't have read otherwise. I also loved the bonus scenes that came with this- I'm a sucker for an epilogue, so I loved the extra content.
Although I did write separate reviews for the books, I'll just briefly give my thoughts here because why not 🤸♀️:
- Beast: Loved it 😩.
- Blackwood: Liked it but was dodgy 🦦.
- Buy Me, Sir: I meannn 🔥🔥🔥.
- Affliction: It was ok.
- Delicate Scars: We won't talk about this one 🔪.
- His Muse: The spice 😌🤌🔥.
- Trans-fer-ence: Dnf'd it 😔.
- Notice: So questionable but still liked it.
- The Final Fall: was really short and cute 🥰.
But yeah, overall I had a lot of fun, and just loved all the continuous smut 😌.

Viktor has been secretly lusting after the preacher's daughter, London for a while now. Until he has decided that its enough and its time to make his move.
I Think we have all waited for this story for a while and Alexa Riley did not disappoint at all. An OTT Hot Sexy Russian who has no problems claiming his women!
A Short, hot, steamy obsessive over the top Alpha and a Sweet and perfect heroine, And I loved every minute of it

What a collection! I've read a few of these in here.
Ok so Alexa Riley's The Final Fall short story was great. I mean a girl who's into her sexy stalker? Awesome! He ends up being all possessive and alpha, no surprise there.
Buy me, sir is such a great story. It was all dark and twisted where no one is the "good guy" and not your typical love story.
His Muse is HOT. He's the master, she is his pet, kinky, twisted and delicious.
If any of the others are half as good as these, what a crazy deal. So good.

The Final Fall by Alexa Riley
This is my Viktor’s story, the quiet but endearing hitman. Yeah, I know that doesn’t go together....but that’s exactly what he is. These two are relationship goals and I am definitely calling dibs. I mean he built her a house and moved her grandparents house to the land too...because she loves her grandparents house....panties are melting everywhere, including mine. So I call dibs now.
London knows Viktor’s been watching her, she refers to him as her “mystery man”.
We get the same over the top humor and alpha that is so Alexa Riley. As always we get a safe read with epilogues. These two are just so damn sweet, they really are relationship goals. I am so glad Viktor got a story and I adored it.

Finally, Viktor has his own well-deserved loved story! He is the intensely quiet but hitman in the Taking The Fall Series.This novella was sweet and exciting! I loved Viktor and his fierce protectiveness. I'm so happy he got his happily ever after!
I have read an advanced copy of this book and this is a fair and honest review and recommendation voluntarily shared.

After a accident, Eve finally realizes that her life needs help. Time to find someone who can fix her.
Preston, Therapist/Volunteer... very loving, very understanding, very likable... After loosing someone dear to him, Preston takes a different route in his career path...becoming a Therapist to fix broken people.
This story is one that starts out as a sad story that you feel like Eve will never figure out her life and what is causing her to have all her problems....but the ending, gives hope and belief that a person can be 'fixed'.

Well my goodness, just finished this one and am sitting here thinking…. Wow…. Didn’t see that coming! True to Jade West books, this one is full of hot steamy scenes!! But also, is a story that pulls you in.
Alexander is a very successful lawyer. Following in his father’s footsteps and has taken over the successful practice. One that handles the high paying offenders. One’s who break the law yet have enough money to pay to get them out of it, no questions asked.
Melissa, so young and has had her dreams crushed when her parents were killed by a hit and run. Now trying to raise her young brother on her own, she is forced to drop out of college. While trying to work, and raise money to show her brother a better life, she accepts the position as a cleaning lady in the prestigious Alexander James Henley law firm. It’s her hopes to move from her current floor and be promoted up to the top floor where Alexander himself works.
This book had me hooked from the get go. So many twists and turns. You truly never know who to trust!

This collection definitely represents some of the Best of 2017! I already have most of these books and love them all!
Alexa Riley - Final Fall: Viktor's story at last!! Viktor has had the hots for London, the preacher's daughter, and he's finally making his move to claim her. An OTT sexy hot Russian and an innocent lovely woman made for a fantastic, explosive romance!
A. Zavarelli - Beast: Beast was everything I thought it would be - dark and forbidding, sexy and unseemly, inappropriate, and yet entirely riveting and hot. Isabella was caught in a maelstrom of emotions, with her dad missing and her life slowly unraveling before her very eyes. Loved the many dark twists and turns in this book, and it took me on a ride you definitely won't find in a fairy tale. I loved how it sucked me in! The Beast was so bad, but so gooood! Jade West - Buy Me, Sir: Alexander can't seem to find a woman who shares his sexual tastes. Melissa (Missy) has been in love with Alexander for awhile, and she wants to make herself into the perfect woman for him. This book was highly erotically charged, and the twists and turns had me really guessing to see who would come out on top. It was intense and darkly steamy yet had its sweet moments as well. You have to read this to see just how edgy it is.
Jenika Snow - Affliction: Cameron is a dark, tough, club owner, as well as a drug dealer and killer. Sofia is a good girl with a tough past, but she's never been in a tough situation like this, and Cameron is her only hope. Their story is a dark and tough road, but not without its steamy hot moments, and Cameron finds some redemption along the way. Great read, not overly dark, but still so good.
Isabella Starling - His Muse: This was a dark taboo older man/younger woman romance. Mason has wanted Cara since she was 16 years old. Cara thinks she's going to Italy to find her friend Luca, and she will, just not the way she expected to. Steamy, dark, and boy was it dark. Mason turned Cara's world upside down, and she fought it, even as she loved it. There were some interesting plot twists as well. While the book was pretty intense, I could also feel how they grew to love each other along the way.
K. Webster - Notice: Grayson is an ex-sniper who's now Violet's boss. When Violet hands in her two-weeks notice to her very hot, sexy boss after six years working for him, Grayson suddenly notices her. How did she last this long without him knowing? You have to read this to believe it! But he's now developed an obsession for Violet. Loved this edgy, sexy romance!
Get this collection - well worth it!!
Alexa Riley - Final Fall: Viktor's story at last!! Viktor has had the hots for London, the preacher's daughter, and he's finally making his move to claim her. An OTT sexy hot Russian and an innocent lovely woman made for a fantastic, explosive romance!
A. Zavarelli - Beast: Beast was everything I thought it would be - dark and forbidding, sexy and unseemly, inappropriate, and yet entirely riveting and hot. Isabella was caught in a maelstrom of emotions, with her dad missing and her life slowly unraveling before her very eyes. Loved the many dark twists and turns in this book, and it took me on a ride you definitely won't find in a fairy tale. I loved how it sucked me in! The Beast was so bad, but so gooood! This one will be on my read again pile, for sure!

This review is for The Final Fall by Alexa Riley.
I don't know about the rest of you but I've been waiting for Viktor to get is own story so I absolutely gobbled this baby up. In true AR fashion, Viktor is a bit alpha but he's a big softy when it comes to London. That girl has his heart wrapped around his massive fingers.
I liked that London wasn't afraid to play around a bit with Viktor and she called him out on things. Plus, she embraced his stalkerish tendencies. She is a virgin, which is what we expect from AR but she owns that sexuality like a boss. Also what we expect from AR.
This was a fun, over the top novella that allows you to escape to that happy place in your mind and let's you get caught up in the moment.

Viktor is a hitman, and a hit with one particular lady who's had enough of waiting for her private stalker to and fetch her for his own. I loved this couple! They are adorably romantic and smutty.
The girl, London, is a preacher's daughter, innocent yet bold in her absolute acceptance of a certain mystery man who's been watching her without any words or touch. When she stakes her claim, it's brilliant.
This Russian killer can't believe his luck, and it's so funny and sexy as they declare their love with their sweet words and hungry bodies. This is as great comeback to the Fallen series. Too short, but a perfect morsel to deliver satisfaction. Those two epilogues are lovely, possessive and full of happy vibes. I never tire of AR's stories!

I am only reviewing The Final Fall by Alexa Riley. I was a short and sweet ending to the Taking The Fall series, one of my favorite series of any author ever. Loved Viktor and London.

What I liked about this story is that we finally get Viktors story. Viktor is a hitman that falls in love with a preachers daughter. The story is a quick read and as always a safe read, with lots of dirty sex and 2 epilogues.
What I didn't like, nothing, I loved it! I loved this story and now it's over, this is the last story from the "Taking the Fall series." But on a lighter note, if you own the beginning stories/books, you can reread them when ever you want and need another Alexa Riley fix.
