A very interesting account/ life story as to why the author came to discover this mode of eating. I probably won’t go all the way as she advocates, but will be adding things I learned to my cooking, especially since it fits well with the Orthodox fasting regime.
Too much info of studies. Not enough practical recipes for real life cooks. Disappointing in the info given was not usable by me tastebuds nor lifestyle. A waste of money for me.
