Moon Norway travel guide was a great help when I visited Norway this passed summer. The small and compact format makes it a perfect size for your suitcase or carry on. The guide is laid out nicely giving the reader the top 10 experiences you shouldn't miss right up front and then breaks down all the information into easy to read sections based on the different regions of the country. Right before each section is a highlights page that is super useful before delving into all the necessaries like accommodations, how to get there , food and sites. You can tell that the author has done his homework and knows the country really well. I'm definitely keeping this on my bookshelf in anticipation of my next visit to Norway.

Was a very brief overview with minimal detail. If you're looking for a more interactive read as I was turn to Rick Steve's Scandinavia book.

No travel book is complete on its own. This is a good addition if you’re travelling ro Norway, but don’t expect it to answer all your questions or give a complete picture.
